We come through here for work once a week. I've yet to find the inside unlocked. Sometimes it's 730 and noone is there other times they just keep the inside closed and only open drive thru. It says they open at 6 .....they do not.

Everything was disgusting. We were there for breakfast. Floor was so slick with grease, could hardly walk. Bathroom was filthy with trash cans overflowing and trash all over the floor. Smelled like an outhouse. There were wilted pieces of lettuce and food on chairs, floor and window sill. Kiosks didn’t work. Employee vaping. Didn’t order anything. Where is the manager? Does McDonalds have any standards?

Bathroom was dirty. While we waited a man came on and asked for a refund because his fry container had something gross on it. Lady asked for BBQ sauce but got something else. When she went to exchange she had to wait forever to get help. Cashier was rude when we ordered food.

Its always something. SMH. How difficult is it to build a sandwich correctly? I could understand if you were busy. But you were not. This is supposed to be a bigmac.
8/10 times rude employees and wrong food. So 20% of the time you actually get what you pay for which is particularly annoying when they've raised prices so much. If you insist on charging more at LEAST give us what we PAY for!

I've been here a few times. They are usually pretty slow and always seem to mess up the mobile app orders. The last visit we got the additional surprise of the sandwiches being sloppily made and wrapped.

Went in quickly to use the restroom and get a snack before continuing on our road trip. The bathrooms smelled disgusting and weren't clean. To top it off the employees kept using the n word loudly and often. Both those combined, that mcdonalds didn't get any of our money and they shouldn't get yours either. You can get fries without a side of racism down the street.
