They were somewhat busy. We had to wait a long time in line for service that was friendly but fairly slow. They didn't put many toppings or veggies on our sandwiches. The sandwiches aren't 6" or 12" & they don't have soups anymore either. The prices have gone up a lot since the last time we ate there. We got to go sandwiches only, but it was still surprisingly pricey for 3 people. I most likely will continue to make our sub sandwiches at home instead of going to Subway again.

This Subway was sold a few weeks ago, and it is definitely not the same anymore. They are always "out of stock" on items for days at a time. I've tried calling multiple times with no answer, ever. The previous owners were amazing. They always greeted you when you walked in and thanked you as you left. I work right down the road and went there a couple of times a week for my lunch break. They always striked up a conversation with me, and we're so kind. The service is just not the same. I probably will not return.

This Subway was sold not too long ago to new owners and the service went down hill extremely quick. They've had a major issue with keeping food in stock. The app no longer works correctly with their establishment and they never answer the phone. The old owners were amazing with keeping the place clean and up to date with fresh food. This Subway has been in Churubusco for many years and it's sad to see that it went down hill so quickly. If I were you I'd just make the drive to a Columbia City Subway.

Only one person working, caused service to be slow. She was friendly and efficient but it was just slow since she had to wait on customers, make the food, run the register and answer the phone. The sun was good. Only two suggestions; change out the lettuce often, it was browning and wilted and bring back soup!

I have not been to a Subway for 4 years since I got food poisoning at the one in Plant City FL. Thank goodness there gone. This one wouldn't take a Subway coupon. The #4 was 2" in diameter and not like it used to be. I understand inflation but to cut the meat & charge $7. I just got a Meijer's sub looked like 12" with twice the meat, yes it didn't have lettuce or veggies but it was $6. Even the Arby's I got yesterday they kept the same meat but charged more, I can except that. I will not be coming back to here.

Terrible. Won't allow the use of coupons because of high gas prices!? Workers are untrained, can't even get extra napkins. They packaged the sub so bad that when I opened it, it was drowning in the sauces.
