We completed an online order a week in advance to be picked up Friday, May 9, at 7:30 am. This order was a large order for a Teacher Appreciation breakfast at our kidsâ school, totaling almost $300. We have used our local Bob Evans for orders similar to this in the past and have had only good things to say.
However upon picking up this order, we were greeted with hostility by the woman who brought our order to us. The first words out of her mouth were, âYouâre lucky I even had this stuff. The rest of my customers will have to go without links today because of this.â She then proceeded to tell me that online orders donât show up until the day of and that we should have called the store âto tell them to look at their online orders.â She repeated that her customers today would have to suffer because of us and that âonline orders donât work that way.â
If online orders âdonât work that wayâ then the app or online portal should notify the users, or the restaurant should check their online orders without needing customers to remind them to do their jobs.
We are very disappointed in the service we received regarding this order. We will not be using Bob Evans again because of the treatment we received today.
For a good and fulfilling breakfast get the whole hog

I would strongly recommend The GM invest in retraining the team in fundamental customer service skills. Spending $100 and requesting a $10 refund because they forgot one of the meals in our bag and we were called liars. Not sure if retraining will help , it may be a common sense issue but it couldnât hurt to try.
Ordered 5 to go meals and only 4 were packaged. We called the store to see if we could get a refund since the drive was far for us. The to go person said we were lying and that they packed it in the bag (he didnât lol). The manager said nothing and was no help. One of us had to stop at McDonaldâs to get food after. Food was mediocre that was received. Donât bother stopping by this location if you wanted to be treated with respect and get what you pay for.

25-minute wait to be seated. Understood. Over 25 minutes to get our food is ridiculous. Our food was cold and wrong. Staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered. I asked for toast and gave up after I ordered it, and 15 minutes later, I still didn't have it. The guac was brown. Hashbrowns almost raw.
Went tonight at about 7:30 literally one of worst restaurant experiences I ever had and I been a lot of places well traveled the waitress was rude to my son about his dinosaur toy he has then argued the point with my wife she didn't order Fries as a side with her meal which she ordered honey chicken it came in a plate my it self with no biscuits or honey and my daughter was missing coleslaw and fries and the waitress was just very rude our bills was 70 and felt like wasted money we left hungry food was cold and not good left and got my kids fast food so not recommended
When we walked in, no one was there. However, people started shuffling in soon after. They seemed to have a new menu, and I was not disappointed.
placed a carryout order online, got there , food was ready when I arrived, did have to ask for several condiments that should have been provided already like syrup for pancakes , but food was made correctly and tasted good. would recommend it
WARNING warning warning warning don't buy anything to go our family Christmas was 100% big disappointment i just suffered a heart attack I spent a few weeks in the hospital I had to learn how to walk and talk all over again our daughters new thair mom and i went through a lot with me being in the hospital our daughters wanted to make it easy on mom so they went to bob evans for a big family party meal and she ordered a few pies one apple pie had know filling in the center the pumpkin pie looked like it was dropped on the floor and thrown back in the pie tin there was hair inside the food black hair and look like someone was brushing there hair or playing with there I called the home office I emailed the home office and some of the emails failed they was fake ya fake like the meal our daughter spent good money on I called the store manager and she said our number and call back information must have gotten lost ya sure bob evans is going down hill fast I asked the manager to remake the order or refund the amount to our daughter she said that she would call me back but guess what know call back well they are not going to like my 4 million followers on tiktok hearing about this issue and i am posting it on social media and social x and Facebook and utube so check your take out and dine in for hair they even forgot about the rolls like my daughter asked to make sure she gave the girl a sweet tip well here is the tip of the day if you eat here run run forest run because you will be eating hair and god knows what else our friend use to work at this location and she said that it a very dirty kitchen she said thank God we didn't eat the food because the whole family would have been sick well we had to eat pizza well we should have gone to cracker barrel that what my wife said they are a awesome place and very clean and they care about the customers so don't eat here RUNRUN FOREST RUN warning warning warning warning warning I got a phone call from the bob evans district manager and he said that he was sorry about the experience with bob evans and i told him that I spent over a month in the hospital and our daughter was trying to help out her mom and the family by placing a food order with bob evans but there was hair and know bread rolls and when they put the food inside the container there was food all outside the container and she got two pies and it looks like someone dropped the pie on the floor they offered me a gift card I said know because after a hole month of emails and phone calls and having hair in the food I don't trust it and after seeing other reviews i just don't trust bob evans farms because of my experience i told the district manager that I spoke with my family and our family is asking for her 127 dollars back and her money back for one pie and he said that he would call us back well know refund nothing shame on you bob evans farms stop lying to customers warning warning warning bob evans farms manager will not take care of you they will just keep lying to you company Greed
