Went to order and the server kept saying it will take 1hour and 45 minutes and i tried to tell her it was ok and she said it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes .and the manger got rude with another customer. I will never go there again.

Breakfast is usually very good with quick friendly service. I have tried dinner here twice and the service is much slower. My food was lukewarm and I don't know why they have a dish called Southwest Avocado Chicken when there was hardly any avocado on it.

I’ll start by saying I loved Bob’s and grew up going there, just not this location. This location however is a nightmare. We went in this morning at 10, not crowded, seated immediately. Ordered food when we ordered drinks. Fast forward 35 minutes waiting patiently with empty drinks, asked the waitress what the status of our order was when she responded there are several people in front of us and she has no control over the cook. There’s only one cook and it’s a holiday (Presidents’ Day). We asked if we could have some biscuits or something to munch on and the answer was no.We waited about 10 more minutes and left. By then it was lunch time and we went to El Nopal nearby and the food and service was great. Sorry but definitely will not be back.

Came in yesterday with 1 other person 2/10/2024, had an awesome server Kristin/Christine(sorry if I spelled it wrong i didnt see the name, only off memory!). Moderate wait time for food but waitresses was topping off drinks and asking if we were okay frequently. Solid visit .Came in today 2/11/2024 alone, saw my waitress 3 times - got my drink and order, deliver the order, gave me the check - during my wait time I saw an older gentleman named Jeff just everywhere. From bussing tables to topping off drinks and making conversation with other customers, he was all over the dining area with a smile on his face. Jeff deserves a raise to say the least. I hope I have his work ethic when Im his age. I hope to see him again next time.

My husband and I will never dine here again. This has been one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. We were seated fairly quickly and ordered our food. However It took 40 minutes for our food to come out. During that time my husband ran out of coffee and sat waiting almost the entire 40 minutes before the waitress came back and refilled his coffee. Once our food was brought out, his order wasn't right. So our waitress said she would bring out some home fries to correct it. She brought out these burnt home fries to our table. If I were a waitress I would have never even left the kitchen with these. The food was lukewarm at best and made both of us feel sick after eating it. His pancakes tasted like they were made of just flour and water. Food was subpar and service was not great. I would recommend anywhere else besides here.

It was extremely cold making it an unpleasant visit. It was colder inside than outside. I told my sever that it was very cold and she responded that she was hot. I too am in the hospitality field and would have not said that to a guest. I ate a few bites and left with my remaining meal. I spent good money to not be satisfied ?
