This location has improved quite a bit since my last few visits. We had a much better experience thanks to our server Shannon. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on throughout our meal. We will be back soon!

08/29 - closes the kitchen at 10:30pm (mind you they close at 1am) because they ran out of Togo containers but left the online and DoorDash ordering open just for multiple people to show up for employees to walk around as if they see no one at the pick up container just for an employee to say no food was made you can get your refund to your card tomorrow.

This location has come a long way! The service, food quality, and cleanliness have all improved noticeably. We were lucky to have Hailey as our server,she was incredibly kind, funny, and attentive, easily one of the best we’ve ever had. She was amazing with our daughters too. We’re definitely coming back and asking for her again!

Manager was incompetent. I waited over 40 min for wings and when I got them they were overcooked and couldn’t chew the meat. They never brought my fries and I had to ask for the celery and carrots I ordered. Horrible experience

Dinner during the week. Thought they would be quick but they were short staffed. I think 2 or 3 tables at most were in use but it took forever to get our order taken, longer for food, another wait for the bill. The server was not motivated.

When I was in the building me and my mom had to wait for a while and we got are food we started eating when we got home and they forgot to give my mom potato wedges but the food was decent and they forgot some of our sauces if you want potato wedges, make sure you have all of them and their chicken grilled are a bit small and we asked for a five piece and they only gave us a four piece and inside of the building is good and I’ll give the credit to the burger like their burger was good just just get a burger of buffalo wild wings. If you’re not gonna do well on their chicken, that’s all I gotta say.

Went to go eat here they sat me and forgot about me left me there for 20 minutes before I had a server ask what i wanted to drink. I ended up leaving instead.
Decided to try again tonight. I spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated there were 3 parties in front of me. None of the parties were even approached by staff. Do not recommend and I likely won't return after this attempt.

If I could give no stars it would be preferred. We came in at 6:15 on a Tuesday when they were not that busy (I'm talking 2 people ahead of us) and were told we can sit in the high tops in the bar area. So we did. The tables were filthy so we were limited in our options for where to sit. Once we got a cleaner table, we placed our order around 6:30- 6:45 for the bottomless apps and some wings. We got our waters and one tea and waited for our food (10 wings per person, and the bottomless apps with mozzarella sticks and pickles). The bartender wasn't really checking on the tables in the bar area often enough to do refills or see if our order came out (literally we saw her twice in an hours time). 7:35 rolls around we still have no food and there's a waitress who I'm not sure if she was working the bar area and leaving the bartender to fend for her self or supposed to be in the main area, but she joins her friends sitting at a high top and spent the next hour talking to them and running to the bar to get their drinks. 7:40 our wings come out and the bust boy/food runner says sorry we don't have appetizers and that it was never put on the ticket. My husband goes to ask the bartender who took our order and she says she did ring them in but they were out of what we wanted. Rather than communicating with us about it early on she ignored us and left us until she was approached about it. When she does come back to finally bring napkins for our wings (7:50) she says they are out of mozzarella so she'll bring double pickles. We finally had enough waiting and asked for our checks at 8:22 and paid to leave so we can go eat elsewhere. Overall 2 hours of our time, no refills, cold wings when they finally came out and zero communication regarding our order. We will never come back and encourage others to avoid this location.
