Curly hair gender unspecified guy on night shift walked by us 3 times with in 15 minutes while we stood there to be seated. A female server also walked by and didnt seat us just acted as if we werent there. They weren't busy either maybe a total of 15 people in the restaurant eating.

I go on a regular basis to get the 6 piece chicken wings with mild Buffalo sauce with celery sticks and blue cheese. Growing up in Buffalo, I grew up on wings and pizza, and these guys do wings right!

Attempted to grab lunch here today. Half the restaurant was empty. After a 15 minute wait at the door with no one even coming by to see us, I finally was told I could sit in the bar area. 20 minutes later I was asked if I wanted anything to drink and got half my drink order. Only ordered tea with sweet and low. Well 10 more minutes later I got my sweet and low. At this point I had been at the table for 30 minutes, bar tender was at the end of the bar looking at t-shirts with a customer. I still had not even ordered food. To my disappointment I walked out. I have eaten at these restaurants from coast to coast, hands down this is the worst experience I have had. Will not go back to this establishment.

Well, first off the bartender, Shannon,was lovely. We waited at the front for a few minutes to be seated and no one came over so we went to the bar area. We sat, didn't see Shannon as she was the back getting something for another table. However, the GM Hilary was standing at the bar talking to a regular and don't even acknowledge us for 4 minutes. Clearly the bartender and server were busy but Hilaryjust kept on talking to the regulars and ignoring everyone else. Now as a customer, Nothing and I mean nothing, is more irritating than not being acknowledged. She could've easily paused the conversation and at least brought over menus and been like, Shannon will be by shortly or whatever. She just kept talking. Finally we get drinks and food ordered. But I kept watching as Hilary stood at the entrance to the bar, in the bartenders path and kept talking to the same couple. Bartender got six tables and Gm is in her way. Another server needed a drink made and bartender was in back getting something or another. She asks Hilary if she could make the drink for her since she was waiting and Hialrys response was OH JUST COME BACK HERE AND MAKE IT. ". Are you kidding me????? End the conversation. Pour a drink for your server and move your ass out of the way of actually working people. Bus a table? Run food? We sat from 2:39-3:37 and she was in the same spot yapping instead of focusing on customer service to the other patrons of the restaurant. I was appalled. The servers were great and I tracked them down to get the District and Regional numbers to file a complaint. I have never seen such laziness from a manager and lack of respect for them staff. There are always things to be done in a restaurant to help out. But I guess talking about the nonsensical stuff to regulars was more important than lending a hand. Remember, customers see everything. What I saw today makes me not to want to come back. The one saving grace was our bartender and server. The food was good as always but the general management needs an overhaul. We will be back to see Shannon but the GM is no reason for me to patronize the establishment. I can spend our money elsewhere.

This place fell off. There was literally almost nobody there, plus a football game is on so why would there be nobody there, right? Ordered 10 bbq sauce wings all drums, they came out BARE and the sauce was on the bottom of the box. I'm not exaggerating, it's like they poured sauce in the box then put the wings on top. Not only that but the majority of the drums had the hardest breading I've ever had, it had the texture of bone it was so hard and crumbly. Will not be going back.

Places my ordered online at 740pm Sunday arrived to store at 8am food wasn't ready like it said it would be waited 18 minutes in the store I asked for a refund because the service was just awful and didn't want the food the kitchen manger logan acted like it was a inconvenience to discuss anything his attitude was so rude I just left and told the kid working the register to donate the remaining balance on my gift card

Went into watch a game, just about all tvs were going with no volume. Makes for a nice time to watch a certain game without all the noise right ? Just as the game I went into watch came on Auburn at Kentucky came on and management decided to crank the volume for that game. We inquired and asked if it could be turned down some, waitress came back and said no it was a corporate thing. Buffalo wild wings corporate is in Atlanta Georgia, quite the ride from Charlestown, Indiana. Way to please the probably 1 customer that was watching that game, might I also add they have never won a championship.
Don't order online. First and last time I'll do that. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode wondering if I was being punk'd.

First off, before my review, it is important to note that the place was virtually empty when i was there. Sunday at 4:30.
The only reason i did not walk out of this disgusting, unkept place right away was because my Detroit Lions were just starting. But after the first half and after i used the gross bathroom, i decided enough was enough.
The bartender, while nice, never cleaned up my dishes well after i placed my napkin on top, and she never asked if i wanted another drink. She was just not attentive at all with only three people at the bar, no one else in her section, and hardly anyone in the restaurant. And, she loved to talk about how little of money she made but that she had a college degree.
While the food was decent, the boneless wings I got were way too salty, specifically the Tai Curry sauce, which i normally love.

As i read through the other reviews of this restaurant where the "owner" has responded, it makes me unhappy that they use the same canned reply repeatedly.
When i take the time to review a business, I'm not doing it out of spite or for something free, I'm doing it so the owner can correct the issue(s) so other patrons can have a better experience than mine.
I've already written a review, and I don't need to take the time to write another. Just resolve the issues and make the visit better for everyone.
