Don't get their wings! Today they we way over cooked (they were hard and dry all the way through, wing came out and was barely warm as well). Last time I came they were undercooked. I ordered To go food before these 2 times and there way hardly any sauce on them at all. And the time before that I got to go and my order was completely messed up. I'm done coming here. I really love wings that don't have breading and there are hardly any places around this way.

Edit****BWW was my go to for so long, after this last experience I haven’t been back in 4 years, until last night. It truly was just sad. The wings were the size of my pinkie finger and no meat at all on them. I got 15 wings for 24.00 and they were so small. I truly hate to see a place that was once so great fall so badly. I ordered take out and the boxes and bag were covered in messy sauce and others finger prints.End edit***I have to say that as a heat seeker the blazin wings have been my favorite since college. The food over all is pretty awesome. I was highly disappointed that for my birthday I was finally going to do the blazin challenge. I called and was told that they still do it. We arrived and asked the waiter and he said “yes of course we do it”. Then after we ordered the manager came up and told me that the Clarksville location did not participate in the challenge. I was really upset because I vlog my spicy challenges on YouTube and even called ahead to verify. I did still order the wings and complete it on my own but it was a huge let down.

Multiple employees walked by us and made eye contact, but refused to talk to us or come over and seat us. 5 tables plus were not cleaned, with multiple tables open. Waited close to 10 minutes without anyone speaking to us and left.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the hostess stand to seat us. Saw several others experience the same after we were seated.Ordered some onion rings as an appetizer they were amazing.Order a few orders of wings and they all came out cold.
Try to order on line it rejected our order said it would be ready at 11 am the next day . We had to call finly got someone to answer and was told that they stop cooking at 11:30pm but they say ther open till 12:00 am.

This branch needs to work on putting more waiters during busy shift. I was unable to even be seated and had to leave because after 20 minutes of eye contact and asking for help no one would despite there being several available seats for my party of 4.Not returning to this location. They need to step it up.

I like the franchise. My 1st visit to this location was disappointing. Good, cold beer. Blah bartender. My wings - barely warm wings tossed in sauce. Decent bleu cheese. Celery was old, grey ends. Anemic fries. I was surprised at the ho hum review scores but I completely understand now.

The food is always fantastic but the service today was not. Three servers stood around and assisted someone who came in after me and left me waiting unattended on to go. My food looks like it was put together poorly and I was given no plastic ware or notified the sauce that comes with my meal was out. This business can really thrive if the service is more attentive.
