The food is always delicious. They give generous amounts. The service could not be better. They're all super friendly and accommodating. It's a small but plentiful area for dining in. They also serve alcohol, including margaritas.

Last visit I felt the white chicken meal was a tad dry, so I went with the dark chicken meal. Juicy, flavorful, and great choice. My fries were crisp & hot. The side salad was lettuce and a Caesar dressing. My friend chose the same chicken with sides of cilantro and tostones. She liked the rice, but felt the tostones were pretty bland. We weren't sure what the ingredients were. It was like a flavorless potato pancake. As before, we appreciated metal utensils instead of plastic. And surprisingly, a soft drink machine where the ratio for syrup to seltzer was perfect. As you know, most beverage mixes are terrible. This Carali's was empty when we got there at lunchtime. Eventually, 4 other customers were served. With food this good, one would think they would have more customers.

We ordered 1/4 chicken plus 2 sides. Green rice and French fries. The food was excellent, so delicious I highly recommend this chicken Peruvian restaurant!!! The sauce are also so good! Definitely it's a place to return over and over!!

This place was awful. We went there today (Sunday) and the employee was behind the counter. He would not come and wait on us. We waited almost 10 minutes. How stupid is that? We won’t be back. He was an idiot. Lack of supervision. Supervisors leave their lazy employees and they do nothing. We had better luck at the Louisville location. The Clarksville location won’t last since they won’t wait on customers. Lazy idiots.

You can't beat their rotisserie chicken!! Got a whole chicken & 3 sides for $26. Plus, their sides are varied and delish!! Especially their fresh green beans! Soooo glad there's a Carali's in Clarksville!!

This is a place to get a healthy meal. It costs a bit more than fast food, but finding a restaurant that serves quality meat and vegetables makes it worth it. The chicken soup is mild but tasty. The chicken is flavorful. Salads are fresh!
