Restaurant is out of potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and chili for the nachos and who knows what else. Whoever does the ordering should be fired. Bar is out of a lot of liquors. Poor bartender gets stuck running/working between the bar/restaurant and front desk, you are wearing that poor guy out. One person can not do everyone's positions. That's not even right. If I wasn't staying at the hotel, I would never come here.
On a better note, the decor is nice, jukebox playing and multiple pool tables.

The service was generally friendly but almost entirely incompetent. I stood next to the sign that says wait to be seated. Despite two of the staff seeing me standing there, no one came to seat me after several minutes. I then walked through to the bar and found one of the servers there and she told me to sit wherever I wanted.

The wait at the table with no menu and no greeting by a server was even longer. I noticed that at least two other customers who came were waiting similarly long times to even be acknowledged.

When a server finally arrived, she was polite and apologized for the long wait. I ordered the New York Strip with steamed vegetables and potato salad (see photo).

My steak was delivered to the table with no steak knife. I waited a while to ask for one but the server never came back out before I had to decide to use the butter knife on the table or keep waiting and eat a cold steak.

After all the excessive waiting for everything, my drink was empty. The only time the server reappeared was to put the check on the table in the middle of my meal. I asked for a drink refill then.

The check included a credit card convenience fee despite the fact that I was paying with cash. When I requested to have the fee removed it was — but only after I asked.

The food was decent. Since the service was so bad, I expected the food to be similarly bad. Nevertheless, the steak and vegetables were fine. The potato salad was bland and seemed slightly undercooked.

85 minutes for a water with a steak and you have the arrogance to charge me a convenience fee for paying with a card. Maybe, you should get much better at what you do before taxing the customer.

The kind waitress is the only saving grace in here.

Despite the other reviews, posting this out of my ordering experience (POV, ordered around 8, almost 8:30pm ish).

There's not much staff out since its not very active is my guess. Though once someone was finally able to come, I was treated very fairly. You go to the hostess stand to order actual food (10-20 a person depending on what you get, the pasta I ordered was actually 30 bucks) on a menu given. It's mostly burgers, fried food, pizza, pasta, that kind of thing. Kids menu too!

They unfortunately didn't have change for my 100 at the tether, but the hostess was very determined to be able to help and ran around to get it, bless her heart. Wish I got her name.

All in all, as someone who has worked in the food business, very great vibes that they're doing their best for having so little staff. Keep it up!

Kid-friendliness: Has a whole kids menu. Chicken tenders and kids cheese pizza off the top of my head. Also sodas to differ from the actual bar. Root beer, coke (I think), lemonade, etc.

Absurd. Tried to eat last night and didn't get food after waiting a half hour. I tried again tonight and went to the bar instead of the grille thinking that since it was a different name, it would be a different menu. Nope, some janky menu and one server working both supposedly separate restaurants. Waited 30 minutes and was not even able to make an order, the 3 people on my left had been there waiting even longer to order, and then the person on my right dropped the bombshell that she has ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich over an hour ago and was still waiting!!! What is going on! I paid more to stay at a radisson because that used to be a nice place but I am shocked and appalled by what a terrible stay this has been! And there is NOTHING within walking distance as far as restaurants, so I just get to go to bed without dinner a second night in a row. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Kid-friendliness: Of the 2 staff people that even existed in the area, neither said a word when a 7ish year old boy walked through both the bar and restaurant asking every single person for $50, when he most definitely should not have even been in the bar area.

Very basic buffet breakfast. Stale donuts left out without a cover. No Continental breakfast available throughout the week. During our breakfast the manager began to bully the waitress by telling her that she WAS staying later regardless of what her schedule was. She proceeded to get emotionally upset because she was supposed to get her grandchildren.

Ask Big Ben the cook to make your Waffles or Omlette. He's the best.

Definitely need to try the prime rib buffet
