Went into the Clarksville IN restaurant and ordered the filet. Salad should have been delivered to my table first. Instead I got a baked potato that wasn't ordered and once I said something they brought it out. Steak was so tough it was only half eaten. No compensation was offered once these failures were mentioned.

I ordered the chicken and shrimp, and unfortunately both were overcooked the first time around. The shrimp was a bit tough, and the chicken was dry. However, I do want to point out that the manager handled the situation professionally — they came to my table, listened to my concerns, and had the kitchen remake the dish. I appreciated the effort and the customer service.

The second plate was an improvement, but still not quite where it should be. Overall, the service stood out more than the food this visit. I’m hoping next time the meal matches the level of hospitality, because the staff definitely tried to make things right.

Our family always has a good experience with the food and service. The quality and portion sizes are great to share. We always love to indulge when we are in restaurant with a good drink, or dessert. The take out is also always great when we need it.

Service was fast and polite. The ham Monte Cristo was pretty good but the dough was a little overcooked. The croissants are amazing but ours were slightly undercooked.
