Service was crappy, food took about a half hour which was an appetizer.. food was still good, left a good tip but I would certainly not recommend this location if you can go to another one.

Best experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. No wait, seated immediately. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food was outstanding with very large portions. Tasty and hot. Everything seemed fresh, not sitting under heat lamps. Staff seemed upbeat moving around the dining area, adding to the dining experience.

Had a great dinner at Chili’s and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The food came out hot and fresh—I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The chips and salsa were a nice starter, and the portion sizes were generous. Our server was friendly and checked in regularly without hovering. The atmosphere was casual and lively, though it did get a bit loud as the place filled up. All in all, it was a solid meal with good service, and I’d definitely come back for another night out.

Manager called my wife bruh and tried to grab my daughter phone out of her hand! When we politely sent her $25 steak back because it wasn’t cooked right

We’ve tried this restaurant a few times since moving to the area. In the past 5 years, every single experience here has been awful. Today was the worst - the staff just couldn’t seem to get the meal to our table. Manager of course places blame on everyone else, (the kitchen made a mistake and then the waitress and then himself since it took multiple requests from his own staff to get him to even address the issue). Would have been better to apologize for poor service and the cold food that for some reason we had to wait on, instead of acting as if the customer is being too much for simply expecting the meal to be delivered to the table.

the waitress literally hit me in my chest with the plate of fries that she dumped on the half empty plate she delivered beforehand. She clearly knew she wasn’t getting a tip I guess. This staff needs a lot of help - don’t waste your time and money at this one, it’s not worth it.

highly recommend Roosters just down the road for a MUCH better experience and attentive wait staff.

This is the first time I have ever felt very unwanted from just walking into a restaurant. From the beginning no hostess anywhere and 15 to 20 people waiting at door. My husband had to walk over to bar area to ask if we need to seat ourselves in which they responded no someone is coming. 5 minutes later our hostess appears with a rude look on her face of shock so many people waiting to be seated and huffs and looks at computer and starts slowly seating people. We're second in line and she seats us in a section where no server has in which we find that out 10 minutes later. After our server explains he himself would have walked out by now. So thats exactly what we did. So disorganized and nobody wanted us there.

This was a awesome experience, everything was great from being seated, to drinks, to food, to our waitress and her helpers. Everyone takes care of everybody.

Yall seriously need to get the service together. Theres no reason why it should take somebody 15 minutes to come to to-go for me to get my food when theres little to nobody in the restaurant and my foods just on the counter sitting.

Ned - (allegedly) his name, the manager, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, HOSTILE !!!! Bald white man angry at life &&& takes it out on customers. I never experienced such rude behavior from any restaurant I’ve eaten at in my entire duration of life ! Failed to introduce himself before he rudely interrupted my friends BIRTHDAY DINNER with his comments towards me and left all 6 of us SPEECHLESS. We had no clue how to react because he walked off as quickly as he walked up to our table. We (my friend and the birthday girl) IMMEDIATELY asked for to go boxes when our waiter approached our table again. Will not be indulging at Chilis in Indiana no longer! Hope “NED” has a nice day after ruining my friends BIRTHDAY DINNER ON HER BIRTHDAY. !!!!!!

This is me in the family’s third time at Chili’s and they hands-down have the best waiters. They are very attentive and really nice. This is our new favorite spot.

The food and the service were both good. The atmosphere was less than desired. When we got there a family came in with a small dog. I am not a dog person, my daughter is actually very allergic to dogs and luckily she was not with us, we were not placed near this family so I just let it go. In the middle of our meal two girls walked in with a full grown German shepherd and they were placed right next to us. While they were sitting down the dog was actually standing in front of our table. I know there are a lot of people that love their dogs but I am not that person and I especially prefer dogs not to be near my food. I wouldn't have even thought inside a restaurant we would have to consider if dogs were allowed. We packed our food up and left. I won't be eating here again.

Food is amazing, service is amazing. Our waitress attended to our every need quickly and efficiently. We will be coming back 😊
