Great service! the food was excellent and the staff was very welcoming and attentive.We hadn’t been to a Chili’s in a long time but we are glad we did as it was a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend this particular location.

We sat for an hour on New Years Day and never received anything. Took over 15 minutes just to get a coke and water. The manager apologized to several tables but no one came over to us. We also waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated. We will not be coming back.

My guy Charlie was great. On top of food, drinks and checked in often. Highly recommend him! Super friendly too! Get him a raise!

Was Dec 8th around 5pm. Got sat. At the time it was pretty dead. We sat waiting for about 15 minutes. Nobody ever came over. There were 2 waitresses over in the corner talking. A couple sat down right behind us. They got helped immediately. We got up to leave and they thanked us for coming in like they thought we already ate. We aren’t the type to just get up and leave without giving a place a chance but they didn’t even know we were there.

Well went in for early lunch with a buddy.
Unfortunately we got that waitress who really doesn't want to be there. After 10 mins of debate about a commercial burger special, we left.
There are to many good burger joints to have to listen to a unhappy bitter waitress.
Arby's was amazing !!

Our experience tonight at chilis was great. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was hit and delicious. Our host even took us to a better and more secluded table to make me more comfortable for our dining experience. Will come back to have a margarita and nachos.

I came to this chilis on 11/21 at 6pm with my mother and grandmother to plan a wedding. I held the door for them to walk in and as my mother walked into the lobby she fell due to slippery floors. The hostess just stared and didn't say a word. She got up fine and played it off. I asked if she wanted to go to the bathroom to make sure she was fine. As we walked to the bathroom she almost slipped again. At that point I turned to the hostess and gave a concerned and mad look towards them as they were watching us walk. We waited for 30 minutes and nothing was ever said towards us and it made me not want to return.
