My lady and I and her grandson recently dined at China Buffet where we have had mostly good experiences especially as far as the food went. However, this past Thursday when I got my second plate of food it was from a separate steam table and none of the food that I got from there was hot. Since I have a food safety background I went up and informed the lady at the cash register my concerns and was astonished when she was completely unreceptive to my request that the kitchen staff be notified and told to correct the problem. I will be filing a report with the health department but anyone who eats there should be weary Because the food that I was served Was at the prime temperature For bacterial growth.

Food was cold and not good ! In fact only one that seemed to enjoy the food was the cockroach that walked on our table ! Forget asking staff for help as they stand around like they are unhappy to be there !Definitely reported , definitely don’t

We had the buffet, the food was cold, and so was the building. Never again, everyone walking around with their coats and hoodie on if your heating is down, why not close until you're ready to serve customers properly.

The restaurant was freezing inside. I wish I had worn my heavy coat and ski pants. The food was mostly lukewarm but they did bring a few fresh pans out while we were there. The employees were nice and friendly and cleared our dishes quickly. There was nothing special about any of the dishes.

Lunch at about 1145.Only thing that was edible was the Hot and Sour Soup. Quite Frankly the worst Chinese food I have ever had...Service was outstanding. Not her fault food was awful.
