I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in decades, and didn't even know what to expect nowadays. We had a fantastic time. The place was so clean. The food was good. The games, trampoline, and dancefloor were fun. We will definitely be back.

They have made several updates including removal of the mechanical dancing / singing characters. They have added a small trampoline jump area (not worth the extra $13 imo) new interactive games added as well. Food was still decent and overall the kids always have a great time. I recommend getting the 1/2 hr or hr of gameplay over paying per game. *Mom hack My kids are 4,4, and 7 we get 2 half hr cards and split it between the 3 of them.

I love this place

The reason I like Cuck E Cheese is because it is for kiddos. And I am 11 years old, so I like this place. The games are fun and easy. The prizes are kiddo-friendy. And their channel and dance floors ROCK! That is why I like Chuck E Cheese.

Abigail that works here is phenomenal. She worked her tail off and was so kind and patient. We came for my nephew's birthday party. It was a busy Saturday night with multiple parties happening. She danced as Chuckie, worked the ticket counter, served pizza, did the ticket blaster and cleaned the tables. Nonstop and kind as could be. She even replaced melted ice cream. Thank you Abigail for taking great care of us! She deserves a raise!

Not cheap but worth every penny

Great place to let the kids play. Games for different age groups. Gets crowded with limited space and service takes a little too long, There seems to be not enough staff issues because employees there stay busy and do a good job.

Why does the night manager always smell like pot?

Had a birthday party for a two year old here. Staff was busy but friendly and helpful. They were ready for us when we got there, and things went very smoothly. All the kids had a blast.

Great time with 4 grandbabies. The trampoline park is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and it's not included in the play game card. Totally separate. The Chuck E Cheese mouse was really dull. The person under the costume didn't seem too enthusiastic to be dancing with the kids. Grandbabies enjoyed it, that's all that matters.

Disappointed with the Cancellation Policy

I was really looking forward to hosting my child’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, but unfortunately, we had to adjust our plans due to unexpected illness. Despite notifying them in advance, I was shocked to learn that their cancellation policy is extremely rigid, offering no flexibility or refunds even in situations beyond our control.

Unlike other family entertainment venues that at least offer rescheduling or partial credit, Chuck E. Cheese refuses to make any accommodations. Their terms are written in a way that completely favors them, leaving customers with no options if circumstances change.

What’s even more concerning is that they do not seem to account for basic public health concerns. Why wouldn’t they want families to stay home when they’re sick? Their policy actively discourages responsible behavior by forcing parents to either lose their money or bring sick children and guests, which is completely counterintuitive to proper infectious disease control. A business that caters to children should be more mindful of health risks and offer reasonable exceptions for illnesses.

A family-oriented business should show some level of understanding, especially when dealing with children’s events. I’d advise anyone booking a party here to read the fine print carefully. Once you pay, your money is gone, no matter what happens.

Disappointing and frustrating experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
