Chuckle e cheese packages Are a SCAM!!! Please don't buy. You are locked in for a year membership and they will not cancel it. My grandkids went with other family members one night and was told they had to have a Qr in the app which we never had to do before and was not the contract. I sent the Qr code and still was not able to use what I already pay 29.99 a month fir. Please tell everyone. I will post every month and will be calling the BBC. How does a kid friendly place be so messed up?

My sister lets me use her monthly pass with my niece and they used to be able to look it up with a phone number and now my sister has to be here to have her pass scanned for us to use it.. not happy! Just trying to spend time with my niece!

Had my nieces party here. It was fun. The kids definitely enjoyed it. The pizza is terrible tho.... half the staff were really friendly then some others that weren't.

scam, membership can not be canceled!!!! They don't tell you upfront that the trampoline is not included in the monthly membership, which feels misleading. Even worse, they also fail to mention that the membership locks you in for a full year with no option to cancel. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with someone named Valeria from the Fun Pass department—she was extremely rude and clearly trained just to tell people they’re stuck in the contract.
The location in Louisville is also dirty. After our first visit, I decided I would never take my child back. Overall, it feels like a scam—totally not worth the money or stress. so my advice - dont be scamed as i was!!!

Me and my kids love Chuck E. Cheese! We go pretty often, especially with the summer pass—it’s one set price, and we can go as many times as we want throughout the month. It’s such a money-saver!
The staff is always friendly, and the environment is fun and family-friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more upkeep in the restrooms throughout the day. Since it’s a kid-friendly place, I understand accidents happen, but regular cleaning would make a big difference.
Overall, we still enjoy every visit and definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a fun and affordable outing with the kids!
This location was fun, clean, and the staff was patient when my kids wouldn't pick their toys straight away. It was a good time and they have updated games. I Took two kids there and did not eat total I spent close to 70$. It was expected.

Only 2 employees working. One cashier having to manager checking in/ out guests, placing their order and get all the prizes. Waited 10 mins to place order and about 15 for prizes before leaving. Manager would come to answer a question then walk away again, not help clear the amount of people waiting...
