When this place first opened, it was fantastic! Rice was nice and hot. Each individual Ingredient had a lot of flavor. I’ve been to this location several times and have enjoyed my meal every time. Came in at around 11:30 AM today and the rice was barely warm. Before, the BBQ Ranch chicken rice bowl didn’t come with a goop of BBQ sauce on top of the rice. Today…it did and overpowered the whole bowl. I don’t know. The flavor was just off and meh. At least the ranch was decent and tried hard to save the meal.

I love this place. This location doesn’t skimp on meat like hurstborne. However whenever I order the southwest salad it’s all rice and about 12 pieces of lettuce. The ratio is not right for a salad. It’s like a rice bowl. This didn’t use to happen so it’s clearly a training issue

I used to come almost every Saturday after the gym as a treat for myself before the place closed for a few months. Today I realized they were back open and was excited to go back! After getting my food though, it just wasn't the same. It had way too much sauce to the point the food was swimming in it when you got towards the bottom, and the rice noodles were very tough compared to what I remember. It was a bit of a letdown.

The fajita steak taco comes very small. The worst music is played here. They don't clean their tables properly.

As always, the food was delicious, and I am very thankful the staff could accommodate my toddler and his food allergies!!
There just wasn't as much food as there used to be. :/
When we got up to the front of the line, we were greeted kindly, and everyone behind the counter was kind.
Seems like they need more people there working to help maintain the whole place. I didn't see any staff clean a table or the floor while I was there with my toddler and my dad. We were there for almost an hour.
I had to wait on the guy cooking the meats to check me out, instead of this other worker checking me out. Staff needs more training!!! This store needs trays. AND someone needs to walk around and make sure everything is safe and up to date (child high chair had LOTS of loose screws). If this store were in Louisville, KY, I wonder if they would get a passing grade.
I used to loved coming here, but I may not come again until they can update and clean up. :(

We were only doing takeout this time but I think in the future we will plan to dine in as they have plenty of good seating. As soon as we walked in we were hit with the delicious smell of food. I was very impressed with how they cooked the protein to order and grabbed a fresh avocado to pit and slice and then immediately put on my salad. The food was delicious and definitely planing on retaining

Every member of the staff that I associated with seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. The person I dined with received rancid salad dressing that was completely inedible. And while I was paying for my food the person running the cash register was fondling our drink cups. Fingers fully inside the cups, it was disgusting so we didn’t use them. The cilantro at the cash register was also completely brown and didn’t look like it was being kept on ice at all. The lid was also kept open so every customer that went through breathed on it. Overall a bad experience and I seriously worry about their food cleanliness.

Will try again but had to ask for ingredients that were supposed to be in a dish. Portions were a bit small and I was charged the wrong price.

Went here a few days ago and placed on online order. Food was okay but they don’t give you as much as they use to do, but still charge the same price. Also, some ingredients they have listed that they put in the bowls they don’t, and overall just not as good as it once was. Disappointing because we were happy they were open again :(
