Every time I go here, the service is extremely slow. That’s why I’ve only been here three times. The food is not worth the wait. There are too many other options in the area to choose from so don’t bother stopping here, except for maybe ice cream.

Fries were cold and overcooked fish definitely wasn’t fresh like the cashier stated. I took the whole bag back without a refund. I told the cashier the food was nasty

Slow service, poorly prepared ice cream and food, regularly. There is a pattern of this and I suggest you go out of your way to a different DQ.

I got their free coffee.2 cups. 1 half order of biscuits and gravy. , 1 full order. Pd 9.60 told her I was a Veteran. Got no discount. She pocketed the range. I'm in a wheelchair on Mother's Day 730 am . What a Grinch No other Customers

I've been to this location three times, all three times I had to wait a significant amount of time for my food, even when I was the only one there it took over 10 minutes to get my food.

The burgers are ok, their chicken didn't taste very good, but to be fair it's dairy queen and you shouldn't come here for a burger or chicken, their desserts are decent but I'd rather go to Steak n Shake for a shake and a burger or Zesto's if I just want a cold treat.

If i could leave a negative stars i would, this afternoon my debit card was stolen by the worker in the drivethru, young thin blonde girl, when i noticed i had already left there, i called them and was told no card was found yet however a $104 charge was immediately put on it. I froze my card and am reporting the theft, but DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Ordered on the app to do pick up. Went there and was told to go through drive through. Waited over 10 mins in the drive through line! They weren't even mopping and the lady who handed our cones touched all up on her face and keyboard before handing our food to us. This is the worst review I believe I've written.

Just today, I walked in around 5 pm and while there were people in the store, and while they did glance my way, not once did they verbally acknowledge my presence. I understand that they cannot be expected to drop what they are doing, acknowledging the guest is of paramount importance. This crew failed and I decided to visit their competition at Panda Express, a short drive away. I reckon the importance of store revenue is lost on them. I hope they're proud of themselves.

This is without a doubt the worst dairy queen in the entire area. Wait times are ridiculously long, you go and order just a milkshake and they'll adk you to pull forward (They do this to manipulate drive thru times) and the food is almost always wrong. Closes at 10 but try going after 9 (like I did tonight) and they'll tell you they're not serving any ice cream. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Sellersburg. This location is pathetic

We placed 2 4 pieces chicken strip dinner. They brought the first order out, it was missing fries, we had to tell her we had 2 orders. They pulled us up when we was the only one there at the time. The second strip order they brought out next was not in a bag and no fries. At this point after a long day we just left. If they couldn’t get right by the second order they probably not going too. There is a new manager there that said she took over the store to make it better. She was there but not better.

Thay take to long getting ne food to you and there not but a couple in the place and one in the drive threw
