Why on earth would they place someone on the phone that you cannot understand what they are saying? I'm sorry but I couldnt understand anything. I couldn't order and am surprised anyone is able to. Just ridiculous.

Unable to order food.
I was in the middle of ordering delivery online when the website glitched and told me I had to call. So I called and the phone number told me they're experiencing technical difficulties and I have to use the website. In other words there is no way to place an order without coming in person, and I am sick.

As I enter the shop to order my reg, I am greeted by whom I'm assuming is the manger. It was obvious from the get go he was not in a customer friendly mood. He took my order and I paid. Got no recipe. He didn't ask my name he just rudely walked away..10 minutes later he walks to the register and wow I get a notification that my payment goes through. So here I am still waiting on my bread bites and cheese cup, I look up n everyone had vanished. So after noticing that the mng had stopped throwing things around and slamming things n everyone disappeared I yell hello...my order? The manager comes out the back n looks in the oven and now he has an attitude bc they haven't even put my order in the oven 🤬😡 didn't get an apology for the extra wait..didn't offer me a drink while I wait , and didn't thank me for my business. Smh n I'm a loyal customer of domino's. UNACCEPTABLE Domino's gotta do better

Dude. 16 min from the time I placed my order to the time it was at my door. Awesome.

I had been waiting on my pizza for over an hour so I decided to call and check how it was doing. When they answer the guy was really rude and ended up hanging up on me when I was going to answer. I understood he was busy but there was no need for how rude he was.

Got to the store for carry out and they had put my food in the delivery bag for the driver. Luckily they found it before he left but of course my order was wrong. They made a completely different specialty chicken than what I ordered. It’s always something here

ShrinkFlation has hit Dominoes. I ordered the oven baked pastas. They're now maybe one third of the amount that you used to get. Certainly not worth $7. Maybe in the $2 to $3 range at most. We also ordered a pizza. I didn't notice ShrinkFlation on the pizza, but they may have gotten it , as well. It's bad enough that we won't be going to Dominos ever again. They've lost a customer with their trickery. And let's face it. Pasta costs relatively nothing to make. So sad to see this happening. I spent a total of $29 for two pastas and a medium pizza. We can go to one of two all you can eat restaurants nearby, for $24. That's a better value. Goodbye Dominos!
