This review doesn't have to do with the product or the customer service. They were both great, 5 stars for both of those. The Dominoes app, however is enough to make me not wanna order Dominoes again. The app is awful and needs to be made more user friendly. Because I hadn't used it in a few months, I had my order ready to place when I was made to then go reset my password. Not when I opened the app but after I had went through and was ready to check out. After I reset...
The storefront and employees looked very clean. The employees were kind to me and each other. I like the uniform shirts. Very sharp. The only minor problem was no icing or sauce was included with my order(s). Otherwise, great job Dominoe's team! The food quality was appreciated.
