My husband and I both got the trio … he got it with French Toast and I got it with a Belgian Waffle. The eggs were superb! Actually the tastiest eggs I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It is a healthy and happy utopia! Farm to table foods with happy cheerful waitstaff is incredible. You can taste the quality and see the attention to detail here every time. A Jeffersonville jewel!
