Went back to visit....haven't been there for awhile...maybe 3 years because it was pretty run down inside...BUT...visited a few weeks ago. Golden Corral is updating the inside and it was clean. The food was good too...still had all of my favorites.
Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly, but I don't know about parent friendly lol. I dont have children, but the kids I have seen are usually over stimulated by all the choices, all the available sugar and enjoy the large area between the buffet and registers to run through while their parents are yelling for them to come back.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking is there, but getting inside would be challenging. There is a double set of double doors. I do not recall seeing an automatic door button. Someone would definitely need to hold the doors open and push the other person inside. Also the buffet area is always packed with people...getting through the crowd while balancing a plate would be difficult. I also imagine trying to reach in to get food would be tough...there is no overhang on the counter area...it is flush..so a wheelchair would need to turn sideways to reach food on the counter.

I do not care for your new policy of having waiters bring my silverware.
I got soup only to find I had to track down my waiter just to get a spoon.
Go back to the old way. Please.

I came in today and didn’t take long to remember why it had been so long since I’d been there. Got there shortly before 11 and was no breakfast items out that I could see, so I asked for a medium steak and the black man with glasses was rude and disrespectful telling me ain’t nothing ready, can’t eat steak like that with all that pink in the middle. I paid, why does he get to choose how and what I eat? Rest of food was mediocre at best, was a lot like jail food. Only thing good about this visit was the waitress. She was kind and kept drinks filled.
