10 pm, and we were the third table. Only 1 server. The food took over 20 minutes after ordering. The food was completely cold. Lights and air cents were dirty. Very unappetizing and drab atmosphere. Had not been in an IHOP for decades and will never go back.

When we walked in, there were 3 tables. 2 4 tops & a 2 top. We waited 5 minutes just to spot the server, and the server never looked in the direction of the host stand. As he walked away from the table, he was taking the order of (which took anther 5mun) I had to call out to him just to be noticed, his response was to say I'll be right with you. Another a few minutes later, a different server asked if we needed to be seated, then walked off. Que another 10 minute wait, we finally were seated & drink order in. Again, 10 minutes later, we finally received our 2 hot chocolates & 4 waters. Again we wait this time 15 minutes later, they finally came for our food order. Food that warm not hot & tasted sub-par.

The waiter was a bit sullen at first but then after the staff got a flow going he was joking. Really sweet guy whose type of humor was that the bill was $355, lol. I ordered the Colorado Omelette and the Vanilla Iced Coffee. The salsa on the omelette was just spicy with no flavor, didn’t really like it. However, the hash browns and omelette itself tasted very good :) The environment was very calming and I loved the music.

The service was nice n friendly. The food was sub-par. I asked for a side of b&g and got water gravy. Sent it back to again get water gravy. My neighbor sitting in the booth next to me had nice think b&ushers on the left, mine on the right.

This IHOP was on my list of places to never go to again. But when your given a gift card you have to use it. It has been years since we have been here and we had a wonderful experience. All the employees were very friendly, the food was delicious. We will be returning!
Today they prepared my favorite Spicy Poblano Omelet very well.

I love me some IHOP but this place is disgusting. My feet were sliding around under the table so I looked under there. Big mistake! I could hardly eat my food after that. How is this place even open?

The food was, I guess what you would expect from an IHOP. It's not really worth the price, in my opinion. For as long as we waited for our food, you would at least think it was somewhat warm. We didn't see our waitress much, and when we first interacted with her, she wasn't the most pleasant.
