King Bolo (Moe Man)

The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. The food was pretty decent, my wife's onion rings were delivered to our table really cold. My fried steak wasn't wasn't as hot or warm as it should've been, but I don't complain much in a restaurant. Another member of our party had issues with his food as there were 7 of us. Our waitress was forgetful, but she had a great attitude and made sure we were taken care of.

It's probably one of the best ihops I've been to honestly. The food literally looked just like the pictures, which i never experience, not that I care lol. But the prices are absurd. 2 adults and 2 kids were $70. Prices are of a higher end restaurant and so are the wait times.

This literally has to be the nastiest ihop I have ever visited! Mold on the walls, smells like a dirty mop, the server smelled like weed, and the cups even were dirty.

Today I was there to pickup an online order. When I walked in you could hear the dayshift manager talking about the delivery people and customers which ones she like which ones she couldn't stand to deal with. I thought how rude your a manger i thought where did they find you and you got the job as a manger. Corporate and franchise owner needs to reteach customer service and manners to the dayshift manager. After thinking about it I would classify this a form of discrimination and harassment refusing to serve a customer just because you dont like them. All corporate needs to do is watch the cameras and video and see her reactions.

Went in the 11 o'clock hour on a Saturday. Hardly waited to be seated. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Very good meal and service.
