3 stars for the nice people working there. Food is good. But cleanliness... cleanliness... cleanliness is always our priority. We wanted our food handled cleanly. We've been sitting and eating there for approx 20 mins and we observe one of the lady that works there didnt remove her gloves after serving all costumers in line, touched her phone, put her hands inside her pocket, touch the serving counter and here comes the next costumer punch orders on the cash register and served food with same gloves that i dont know when she had started wearing it. And until we left she didnt change her gloves. Thank goodness she was not the one who prepared our food when we ordered.

Got a chicken Philly. Bread wasn’t cut evenly so the bottom part was really soggy and difficult to eat. Employees should probably repeat your order back to you before cooking. Food tasted good. Employees were nice

Stopped in for lunch around noon with just a couple people in line. Ready to place my order when I noticed an employee walk into the bathroom with his apron on. Food safety 101 knows that should never happen. Had to inform the manager and head elsewhere for lunch. Will definitely be a while before making a return visit.

ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks nailed it :)

JIMMY JOHNS IS MUCH BETTER. I had the tuna salad and brought it back to work. My sandwich was wet from the tuna. I had to throw it away never again
