I work a job where I can’t leave for lunch. My workplace is a literal 3 minute drive from this location. The last order took them an hour and a half to deliver it. My current order has been “out for delivery” for the past 45 minutes. I can see their building from my parking lot. This is unacceptable for delivery times.

Do not go here. Went into the bathroom and there was tons of pee all over the seats, Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The staff here is wildly incompetent, mainly this heavier set man who’s apparently the manager. He messed up my sandwich twice, was extremely unprofessional. Never had any good experiences here with the staff although the food is always ok.

I love Jimmy John’s always will no matter what but when I ask if you can put extra mayo on my sandwich and it doesn’t come with any I’m gonna be disappointed and not wanna eat there again.Im just a pregnant lady that wants what she bought.It says on the receipt xtra mayo and on ur screen and you still messed up.Im very upset and idk if I will order here again this is the 2nd time this has happened in the past month .

Will not be back! Didn't ask for a toasted sandwich but got one anyway Im easy so said sure its ok it was already getting toasteed,couldn't see my sandwich getting made because of something blocking the fixens,and then my sandwich was burnt! Couldn't see it until I got down the road because it was wrapped up so fast and I tipped a 15% tip for what? Garbage 😡this wouldn't let me add a pic but I do have one! Not a happy customer at all

There’s a heavy set gentleman there that does not have the best attitude. Along with that he wears blue gloves to sweep the floors, take your cash, wipe off tables, then will make your sandwich, but not before wiping the sweat off his forehead with his gloved hands. Not one time does he change gloves. I left before I even ordered after watching all that take place. Was absolutely disgusted.
The remainder of the staff, they change their gloves and are clean in nature when handling food. So hats off to them. Especially the shorter gentleman with the beard. Very friendly and down to earth person.
Not a bad establishment, good food, just clean the few things mentioned and it would be better.

The little short bearded manager I'm assuming, is absolute trash. Been in there twice this week and he has the most condescending and smug attitude.a and order a sandwich and barely any tuna and all lettuce. Won't be coming to this jj or any offiliated with this franchise. Absolute garbage food and employees

This was my first time eating at Jimmy Johns. When I went it, the place looked nice and clean and I was the only customer so I was waited on right away. I watched as she made my sandwich and I was so disappointed. The assembly table was dirty and she layed my bread right on the table, and then proceeded to scoot it down the table to finish dressing it. I really wished she had put paper down first but she didn't. Then I saw her GUT the bread so she would have room for the lettuce and turkey. So now I'm left with the crust of the bread, my turkey and lettuce. I doubt I'll be going back.

But now it has happened a second time, I do not think I will be going back for a while. The nice lady on the phone said that their store is having issues. I can understand, just, how hard is it to read an order and put chips in a bag.

The staff is always so nice. Yesterday we visited around 11:30 to pick up 30 sandwiches. They had our order done in no time! Today I went for bread and they were so helpful! Everyone was so sweet! Y’all have the right ppl in this store!

For a company that says they have freaky fast delivery, that was the longest I’ve waited for an order from anywhere. It took over an hour to get my order when the store is maybe 5 minutes from my work. When I called the store the person working couldn’t even give me an update on where my order was because they were going through uber.

Waited about 5 minutes for employees in the back having personal conversation to no avail. After yelling “hello is anyone here?” They finally decided to come out and refuse my reward app. Trying to charge me OVER $12 for just chips and drink (reward sandwich was free). Then I asked for the price breakdown and it was over $10… I said that’s not right and then the other employee said it was over $9. Chips=$1.99 Drink=$2.79 so “cheese” that is usually included is $5.00 extra?????? I don’t think so! Nice try

The guy working clearly didn't want to be there. He asked if my boyfriend wanted cheese, he said no. The guy charged him for cheese and put it on there anyway then refused to give him a copy of the reciept and just walked away. This was our first time at this location and is clearly our last. We will stick to the one on 62.
