My favorite item on their menu is the Kale Crunch Salad topped with Joella's Fav hot chicken. It's got a lemon zest vinaigrette dressing, toasted almonds, parmesan cheese, and currants.

Great fried food
- Chicken tenders and vegan patty
- came out crispy and not oily
- very good size portions, originally I thought three tenders wouldn’t be enough - it is!
- zero issue with the texture or being soggy as other people said in their reviews. I honestly don’t see how they could think that.
Sauces
- Fire in da Hole is 🔥 in your mouth
- I recommend mixing the hot and pimento ranchero for a unique buffalo sauce
- The hot sauce by itself is indeed hot but still enjoyable.
Sides
- fries are well seasoned
- coleslaw with vinegar sauce means it’s not dry, but not wet either.
- I also ordered the fried pickles which came well seasoned. Would be great if these were covered in garlic.
Overall - Joelle’s is worth the hype with very friendly and helpful staff - but most important is great food that keeps you coming back.

Placed an order on uber eats saying buy 1 get one free, didn’t get said free item so I call to see what’s happening and they hung up on me. I don’t even care if the food is good at this point, terrible service. Don’t expect to have your problems solved by them.

Friendly service! Chicken quality was disappointing. Breading and flavor were good, texture of chicken was not. Parmesan garlic fries were decent, a little soggy but taste was good.

Flavors were ok, not as good as Dave's or Royals. Chicken quality and quantity was also not as good. We were asked for a tip at the register, then afterwards we saw it was self-bussing.

Wow.. I've been here 3 times, I Know, shame on me. Messed my order up every time, ALWAYS forgetting an item, like someone back there is eating it.
DONT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR FOOD.
It's funny how I never get anything free from these places its always something missing, like they are being trained to do it.
