This store has some of the worst food and worst customer service of any KFC in the area.... The employees will sit there and stare at you and make you have to try and get their attention just so they can take your order. Customer service isn't supposed to just stare at you like you're a fool until you beg them to take your food order.

Just got a 12 piece tender fill up for $20.00. It was excellent!!! Perfect. Thank you to the young lady with purple hair and the great cooks I saw working there. Senior citizen, veteran, disabled called to discuss a missing item on my order. Was given a hard time and lady and Robert the manager would not tell the ladies name. Bad for business.

This is by far the most rough looking group of employees I've ever seen. Not a group you want handling your food. Rude and dirty. Just nasty in appearance and attitude.

Is anyone wondering why all of the KFC restaraunts are closing? After going to this one I'm not. My wife put in an online order for pickup, drove all the way over there from Jeff, and they were out of chicken tenders, which was pretty much our order. The girl in the drive thru was so blatantly rude about the whole situation, and told me I can either wait 30 min or cancel my order. So when I went in, everyone continued to ignore more, while handing food out to other people and giving other people options to switch out there order. When I fi ally spoke up after about 10 more min of waiting, I was met with more attitude, by a different employee, about how they can't help me. I asked for the manager, the manager who came out immediately rude, telling me I only had two options and that was it. Got rude with me, while I was trying to explain. That her employee was extremely rude with me in the drive thru, she got defensive, and kept her attitude up. I'm so glad that I got to experience all of this, because it has taught me that KFC is a joke, and it's a dumpster fire that is going down in flames. I will never eat at a kafc again, because honestly the food is garbage now, it's over priced, and their employees are the worst. If I was the franchise owner here, I would think about getting rid of all the employees, and just doing a new franchise.

This place is an absolute joke. They never get the orders correct. They never want to correct the orders & SINCE WHEN did they start putting biscuits in the same tub as chicken!? Because that's exactly what they did and argued with us that they always have. The biscuits were so soggy and nasty from all the moisture coming from RAW chicken.

Ordered specific sides with bucket meal, checked the bag upon arriving home and found out that the side was totally replaced with some self liking. I will have to try to avoid this place next time. Extremely discouraged.
