Currently waiting 30 at the drive thru and still haven’t ordered. 3 cars in the parking lot. Too much time invested to leave. CRAZY! 1 door dash, 1 drive thru. Is it really that hard when it’s not made to order. Last time here and I live just down the road. New Albany next time. Got here at 3:55, now 4:37. Shut her down.

Poor customer service and horrible management. Sat in line for over 30 minutes with one car ahead of me and the order wasn't even right. Part of the food was cold after waiting that long. Had to go in after being told to pull up to wait on fries. Sat outside for an additional 15 or more minutes and then I had to go inside to ask for the fries and there was a girl working the front counter who was very rude making faces at two girls in the lobby who were clearly her friends and had no place hanging out there! Clearly she had no business working there because she was standing there doing nothing. I hope the owners read this because somebody needs to know how they're running their store. Completely ridiculous!

Chicken is horrible bucket is full of grease chicken is soggy and disgusting. Tried to call 5 times. Humg up on before anyone said hello. Horrible horrible horrible food and customer service. Wasted 45$ horrible

We ordered some chicken nuggets and a kids meal and it took us 20 minutes according to the receipt the time we ordered them to get them. Slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life.
