Every time we go there they are rude and couldn't make a 16 piece order without a 16-25 minute wait. (THATS LIKE PAPA JOHNS NOT HAVING PIZZA) We waited about 15 minutes to be told it'd be another 17 minute wait. Got my money back and will NOT be back to that location.

Didn’t even get to order, the staff were the most unprofessional and rude people I have had contact with any business in a very long time. If this is the image KFC is going for, I feel bad for them. I’ll stick with Lees from now on when I need a chicken fix.

Pepper and Pepsi Order packed to go for dine in order Loud music BOH Chicken quality of breast texture is mushy because of warmer steam Dark in color Chrispy is soggy Ask for a cup for water was told it was 50 cent PS we are dining in and u r out of our soda. Ask for hot sauce they attempted to had me two overflowing handfuls of it. I took 3. Is there some kinda attempt to sabotage this store. The Colonel Sanders would be turning over in his grave if he saw the demise of his once famous chicken.

Service was super slow, I probably spent 20 minutes in the drive thru and it was only one car in front of me. And I'm pretty sure my mashed potatoes were spoiled 😭 I'm hoping I don't get sick. I wouldn't recommend eating at this place.

Y'all might as well go ahead and shut this location down it's just getting worse and worse I walk in there today on lunch and there's like one or two people working in the entire building I stand there at the desk for 10 minutes before somebody comes up front she put some money in the register and then just walked off is pretty much the same thing every time I go to this location and it's getting worse and worse maybe look at the compensation and benefit package and try to get more employees in there or something this is getting bad

Walked in didnt get waited on even after finally saying hello twice. It was 11 a m. No one there. Left and went to drive thru. Was imnediately acknowleged but no apology when i said we were in store not waited on. The girl was very polite and the service was perfect. The food was fresh and great. We go here often but someone should be in front to tahe orders. Our fries were missing. I called and she answered after 20 rings. She did replace fries. And was apologetic. We will still go there because of her sincereity.
