When you receive an email that your Kroger Pickup Order is ready you should not be told upon arrival that it isn’t ready. Very disappointed and Kroger should understand that disabled people like me rely on services like this and no emails or texts should be sent out saying the order is ready when in fact it is not.
Primo water exchange listed for this location on app as original price of 7.99 still. This placard up the night before Hurricane Helene winds expected to roll through area. I’ll be interested to see if this price holds a week from now. Won’t be buying Primo from this location
This store is always clean, employees always working. The rotissere chicken was fresh, I made chicken and dumplings with it. This is the only store of Charlestown rd and here that has the cream cheese cinnamon rolls. Today I noticed they were a lot smaller and less icing than usual. Please don't skimp on the cinnamon rolls for the love of all that is good in this world bc those are really good lol
Store smells and doesn’t honor prices that show up on their in store scanner shop somewhere else
Everything you could possibly need at your neighborhood grocery store in addition to a large selection of beer and alcohol.
Fix your water machine.
Pretty well stocked, employees friendly (as usual :-), and thankful for those time consuming coupons, I got more than I needed. Oh, am grateful for the actual cashiers!
I lost the receipt I needed to use for company reimbursement, and it’s not on my app for whatever reason. Tracy has gone above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate the effort she’s put in. 10/10 Customer Service. :)
Not impressed
Closes wayy to early

Went to the deli for lunch today. As I walked to the deli, there were two other customers doth looking around like they were lost.
One left and walked out the front door. The other stood there another minute or two, then he walked away as well.
I stood there and then walked to another section of the deli where I could hear people talking, but they did not greet me or acknowledge that they had seen me.
I walked back to the other end and then left without ever being seen or greeted.
Maybe this was just an off day, or maybe this is normal, but I won't waste any more time trying to get served at this kroger.
Never can get a hold of pharmacy they never answer the phone
I really enjoyed this store
I come to this kroger a lot, but today was extra special because of the people. The cashier shared some small talk with me, and was very kind and friendly.
I had not one, but 2 people bagging my groceries, which was super helpful because I had my kid with me, and we were ready to go home.
Thanks for all your help, guys!
