My family and I came here due to another steak restaurant had a hour long wait for 3. So, long story short: our waitress was awesome from the time of our orders to the time we left, our food came out hot and fresh as promised (our waitress even asked me if I could check my steak to make sure it was cooked to my liking, which it was!), and our drinks stayed full. It was a great night to a wonderful day at a great steak restaurant

One of the kids favorite places for dinner. Have been before. Went again a few weeks ago on a Saturday knowing they would be busy. Standing room only. Not alot of seating while waiting. Husband went to the bar for a beer but after 10 minutes never got waited on. Finally got a table. Waitress took forever to come to our table for drinks. He ordered the beer he tried for m. Took over 20 minutes to get it! Waitress was really slow. Food came out cold. Husband order homemade chips with his meal When he got his food he had maybe 4 whole chips and the rest were crumbs. Really could have used a spoon to eat them. The whole experience was awful. We do not plan on going back. Would not recommend this place anymore

If you like cooked cow this is a great place to get some. Those not familiar with "Texas" style steak places, and you're not a vegetarian, give this place a try. At first you'll think the place is dirty thanks to all the peanut shells no doubt spread around the floor. Don't worry this is normal, while waiting to get seated they have barrels of peanuts for you and you can just leave the shells on the floor. So the place isn't actually disgusting, it's that way partially by design. As for my actual visit, pretty good. My server was nice and always available when needed. My steak was cooked as I wanted (medium rare), and I never had to wait long on coffee refills.

I like eating here,this was the first time at this one I do not know the name of our waiter but he was a older gentleman tall and had glasses, he was very nice and very good,kept up with our drinks and rolls very friendly. I noticed when we left that we messed up on the tip and did not give him what he deserved. The next time we are in there we will make up for it. I'm sorry I do not know his name.?

My family decided to meet here for lunch Sunday afternoon which I instantly knew was a bad idea because we had awful experiences the last two times at this location with poor service. But, I agreed to meet thinking maybe it's gotten better. Wrong. I kid you not, we sat for over an hour at our table before we received appetizer plates and rolls. They were brought out after we had already eaten the appetizer. We had a party of 7. Five of us received our meals after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes and were already finished before the other two, who ordered salads, received theirs. They ended up taking their food to go and didn't even eat. Three strikes you're out Logan's!

Took the family there for lunch Sunday 01/05/20. The food was good and the service was outstanding!! Our server's name was Larry. Hands down the best server we've had anywhere in a long time. This guy went above and beyond! Can't say enough good about him.

Staff is wonderful. The bar lady is the best. Salads are so tasty and fresh. The steak was very good. Lots of flavor. There lunch menu is a nice price for the food you get. They give you free bread and butter also.

Loved this place! Walked in and they said 1 hour wait for a table! Oh god I didn’t want to wait that long! We decided to wait at bar knowing they had wonderful food! Met our waitress Stephanie wow what a sweetheart! So pleasant! So helpful! We ordered got our salads in no time! Then the appetizers came at just the right time! And oh my god! The steaks were there! No waiting at all! I believe it was the waitress! Knowing what she needs to know! She was on top of things! What a pleasant evening! We will be back! The food was fabulous! The waitress was the best! She made it worth coming! It pays to have a good employee! Thanks Logan’s and thanks Stephanie!

Experience over all was fairly poor called in ahead of time to cut the wait ,still had to stand in line for about an hour. Upon arrival made sure that I was checked in only to find out later they never had me on the list stake was under seasoned and tough had the rib eye which temperature wise was perfect. The server after the fact was outstanding but over all everyone else had poor customer service

Waitress was exceptional or would have been 1 star. Food was good but could have been warmer and took a while. Biggest complaint was that hostess told us would be 5 minute wait since she just seated a couple and needed to give wait staff a gap in seating. There were easily 20 open tables and lots of staff. This was an issue since my elderly mother who uses a cane was with us and it is hard for her to stand. No seating for waiting was available since inside all taken, entryway very cold, and a bum was sitting on the outside seat. When spoke to manager, he restated their policy as if it is normal to not seat a handicapped person at an available table but rather make them stand when seating in wait area not available. So is it handicapped accomodating? No, indifferent or outright hostile to mobility/handicapped issues. Also handicapped parking on side of building not in front of entrance. And another patron in wheelchair was at table jutting into walkway. Clearly an ableist restaurant. Were there at 4:15ish on a Saturday in November.
