There was only 1 car in the parking lot when we arrived, and the drive-through was packed. I went in to order and there were only 3 people working. So I figured that it was going to be a while. The girl waiting on the outside and indoors orders was very busy. The 2 cooks were trying to get orders out. So after I got my order I had to wait a good while to get my food. I had thought about getting extra crunchys because me and my kids love snacking on them, but I am glad I didn't. It would have been even longer wait. I felt bad for the girl having to take all the orders and getting them all put together by herself. Plus, after I ordered, there were a few more people who came in to order.It was cold inside. My food was good, but greasy, and my chicken was good after I took the breading off it. The corn and the fish was really good. I didn't get any photos this time.Parking: There was plenty of parking all around the restaurant.

Last time I was there it was on V.day and they was extremely busy and some people didn't have the patience to wait so some drove off but I stayed there and waited their food is so good and LJS is my favorite place to Eat all the workers working their butts off on V.day so deserve a Raise for working so hard ☺️??

Wow the food is good but wow You haven’t worked there but a week. So I come in and let the manager know that I needed a second job and they act like they will work with me. So I go to leave the other day and ask the manager does she need my schedule for the second job and she says no. So They say they are willing to work around my schedule and I tell them As soon as I get my schedule, I will call and let them know what days during the weekend that I am going to be working at my second job and they say OK. But now they’re saying they can’t find somebody to cover me on Friday, which is the only days I work my second job. Now another employee They can’t find somebody to cover me and act like they want me to do their job, but yet they was willing to work with me before. I find a lot of unprofessionalism at this place. And a lot of I’m not doing this or that right but yet I’m still in training they say. But I didn’t need the attitude. I don’t give others attitude and I’m very easy to get along with. Until you start messing with my head.

Staff was outstanding in this case. Not the fastest, but extremely personable, and they took their time to make sure everything was right, and it certainly was. Everything fresh and hot, and delivered with some very enjoyable and engaging small talk by the staff. I will definitely return hoping for this same crew. My family and I stopped in tonight at 6 pm for the family buffet. While the restaurant did not appear to be busy, I did overhear comments about DoorDash orders. We placed our orders and waited, waited, waited.Food arrived after 6:30 and the order was not correct. It took me nearly 15 minutes to get someone's attention to ask to have this corrected. Since the buffet ends at 7, any hope of a repeat order was out of the question.The fish and fries were hot but the oil desperately needs to be changed. The chicken was not edible. The cole slaw was amazing, as always. I was very disappointed to learn shrimp is not included in your buffet meal since I have previously enjoyed them at other Long John Silver's locations.While I was waiting for our meals, a snarky discussion was held in the dining room between staff about unhappy customers. It was apparent that ours was not the only meal not completed timely or accurately. This atmosphere does not entice me to visit this particular Long John Silvers again any time soon.Edit: I attempted to use the link provided in the response, however, this practice assumes I have a receipt and that the meal continues to be offered. Neither is the case.

It is an okay place it has been there for years. They're just having employment issues I'm sure so depending on what day it is depends on how good your food will be. But they do have all you can eat fish on Sundays.
