45.00 for 2 group soups!? No possible way the size of these containers is worth 45.00! And when I went in to pick it up I ask..are there crackers or anything that goes with this..the worker rolled her eyes and was very rude! Never again!

I dined in here today for lunch and now I understand why I don’t come here anymore
I ordered the club with no tomatoes and extra honey mustard and extra mayonnaise on it. When I received my food, the sandwich had tomatoes on it, barely had any bacon, and no extra condiments liked I asked for.. and once I brought it to the workers attention they brought it back to me with tomatoes still on the sandwich! They obviously just picked the tomatoes off and left a few on there to make me upset! Very disappointed and what if I was allergic to them???? The dining room wasn’t even busy and there were so many dirty tables and the restroom was disgusting. đŸ€ą

Food and service were great. Music was too loud and another customer was singing along. I had the Savannah Chopped salad with sherry shallot dressing, was delicious. The full salad is so large, the half salad was plenty for one person. The young man who took my order was so helpful, when I asked about ingredients in the salad dressing, he went to the back and took a pic of the container and read it off to me, above and beyond! Only thing to make this a perfect visit would be to turn down the volume on that music. Not everybody likes the same genre of music, so perhaps a softer, instrumental music would be more universally friendly and less like karaoke. Great food and service.

Such a great place for a quick bite to eat. Soups are amazing, and the sandwiches are satisfying.

Came here for Veterans Day because the internet said they have specials for Veterans today. Came inside and asked about the specials, was kinda rudely told that this store does not have that offer sorry....

Not friendly about it at all so the lady who was nice and serving us gsve us free drinks. Um...ok update.... got a reach out, tried again and not good at all. I think this location is off the books for me!!! My smikehouse potatoes is less than satisfactory based on price and what the description and other locations provide.... 0 stars on quality

Food was ok, one of the woman managers was unprofessional to one of her staff members. I'm not sure if he was on a break or not, however, she yelled at him from behind the counter across the dining room, that he can't be out there eating, even if this were true she did this with a dining room full of people. I found this to be humiliating for the kid, every one looked at him when she yelled. And then continued to scold him when he went back on the line, with customers still at the counter. Not ok to me, very unprofessional

I was served a black angus club in which the bread was so poor condition it could be used as a crouton. Let alone the ingredients were sparse, the bread was so dried and crunchy I know the person making the sandwich made no mistake and knew what they were doing. They just didn’t care. Unfortunately, it was take out so I could not return. I think I’m tossing in the towel at this McAllister’s. Others are pretty good but here its a 70/30(70 being bad) on whether you’ll get served poor food.

One of the managers/employees (Jamar, I think) went above and beyond making a meal for my son, who has a lot of food allergies. I appreciate the hard work that went into accommodating for my son.
We will definitely be back!
P.s. we were there at about 2pm, and there wasn't a lot of employees working...maybe a lot were on break. Other customers were not happy with the amount of wait, at that time. /: hopefully management can make some necessary changes during that time...to avoid stress.

We stood in line for approximately 5 minutes. We ordered and my wife said no pickle, he read the order back but included a pickle, no big deal. It did make me wonder what else he didn't hear. So, my wife had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, they brought a grilled chicken club, which she doesn't care for. They took it back and I asked for the different in price. The manager said....so you ordered a grilled chicken club? My wife said no, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He walked away, came back with the difference but never apologized. This is not the management that we are accustomed to when we eat at our Clarksville, IN McAlisters. I hope the customer service improves because we have always enjoyed eating here.

This was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great. The service was great. The food was great.
In addition to all of that, Iattempted to buy a lunch for an elderly gentleman who was having trouble reading the menu. The manager, Jamar, overheard me talking to the man and put the order in himself and refused to let me pay.
