We are regular visitors but that may change since table side ordering has been taken away. For what the food costs, we shouldn't have to stand in a line just to order our food. This isn't McDonald's! You may want to rethink this decision!

Everytime I go here which is a lot they never and I mena never fill the cup up we are paying 4$ and some change for this drink at least fill the cup up… then if you order online they will fill your entire cup up with ice so you get no drink can’t win so I started going in and now they hand me the cup and it’s never full… just fill the cup up I shouldn’t be given a cup that’s not full please be mindful how much we’re spending on a drink and give us the full cup

Friday night and 7:15 on a holiday weekend. Only a handful of people in the place. They were already closing off areas to close. Bread for sandwich was wet, sandwich was sloppily made. The cashier treated us as if we owed her something and was not polite. I will not be back.

I ordered the vegetable soup. When got soup there was just barley. No vegetables and the broth was vinegary tasting. Spoiled tasting and threw it away. Very disappointed....

The food selections are consistently good. The quality is consistently good. The line to order is consistently long.

It's my favorite place to eat out! Love the tea!

Notice alot of playing around in the back kitchen.
Manager had to get on someone at one point and tell them to lower their voice, the guest could hear him.

Ordered delivery, delivery driver sat there for over 30 minutes before leaving. Called the store to check on the order, the person that answered the phone would only tell me to call DoorDash, she didn’t care about my order. Finally showed up after the food was already made, completely inedible.

I ordered a salad and they didn't give me any dressing.

They rarely get my to go order right.

Me and my husband was just in there eating and the boy at the register was chewing gum while taking orders and I asked him if I could get a spud as a side and he didn't say anything back just looked at me like I was crazy and then pointed to the sign that has all the sides you can get on it and then when the girl brought us our food she sat it down quickly and left we will not eat here again we have had better

Went for lunch one day and got soup. Found a hair in it. Won’t go back.

young kid at counter was talking so low wouldn’t look us in the eye and when we asked a question ab a menu item he really didn’t answer the question he just kind of mumbled something and then handed us our number. i mean i understand having anxiety but do not have someone working the counter like that. and there were other employees just standing around not helping or doing anything. train your employees better or move them somewhere else!!!
