We used to go here like allllllllll the time. Like, a lot. Now we go every now and then. With that said went the other day and the prices seem a bit high for what you get. I got extra turkey on my sandwich and it was $3 more but I couldn’t even tell it had extra. Seemed a bit dirtier than usual as well but it was later in the evening. Spending $15-20 a person for sandwiches is just getting crazy but I guess it’s the norm these days. Just doesn’t seem the same as it used to be but it’s still decent.

My daughter and I ordered baked potatoes. We were told it would be 20 minutes before they would be ready. We agreed to the wait time. Other people around us had their baked potatoes delivered to their seats in 20 minutes, as promised. I waited another 10 minutes before asking about our order. They seemed pretty busy, so we were patiently waiting. I waited at the counter another 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there to ask where our potatoes were. A nice young man went back to check on the order. He didn’t come back for 10 minutes, but he did have our potatoes. So we waited a total of 50 minutes for two potatoes. If I had known it would take that long I would not have agreed to stay. We sat down to eat and we didn’t have any utensils. I went back up to the counter and waited another 5 minutes for forks. This is our second visit to the Clarksville location and both experiences weren’t great.

When ordering online, food is not ready by the pickup time. People need to keep going not waiting.

I stopped at McAllister for dinner around 6:45. I ordered the McAllister club with a garden salad, both without tomatoes. No tomatoes! I strongly repeated my order to the waitress and informed her that the sandwich nor the salad could not have tomatoes on it due to allergies of tomatoes. I even repeated myself five or six times “no tomatoes on the sandwich!” I received my order checked the bag the sandwich was wrapped, and on the sandwich was a sticker that said “ “no tomatoes.” When I got home, I ate the salad no tomatoes, so it was perfect. I then unwrapped my sandwich took a bite and it was tomatoes on it. I spent the rest of my evening at the ER. due to an allergic reaction to the tomatoes.

I like to eat with my daughter and Godchildren. We had melts last time. I had the honey barbecue pork melt. It was good, but it was messy.

The reason for my score is that the restaurant does not provide the same quality and quantity of which I had become accustomed to. Thank you for the discount but I don't think it's worth the drive anymore. All of their sandwiches have gotten smaller over the years. But the prices are increasing.

Ordered online for pick up. Got out to car and checked to make sure everything was there. We were missing my bowl of potato soup and the extra ranch I ordered (which both soups were cold). After going in and getting the bowl, the people in the back started to argue with the lady I spoke to about my bowl (the older woman was wonderful). Once home and started eating my husbands sandwich looked like it had been literally thrown together with no sauces even though he asked for extra honey mustard which was also scarcely seen. We work in food service and the experience we had today was horrendous.

Not a very good location. Went here on a Sunday evening and the meal was put together very poorly. Honey mustard was oozing from all over the sandwich. The bacon was burnt. I asked them to remove the spring mix, but they didn’t. The bathrooms were also dirty.

My boring life Lol

I ordered the Reuben and usually it's like a treat but it was more like a disaster eating at mcalister's took 28 minutes to get my sandwich and then the sandwich was cold.

Consistently great food for lunch or dinner that won’t break the bank. Healthy fresh salads, delicious large deli sandwiches, and more. Order on the app or at the counter and they will bring it to your tablle., or you can get it to go. Friendly and helpful staff?

Good food, but definitely overpriced for what it is... $30 for 2 people to eat cold sandwiches and chips.
