My boyfriend and I decided to go grab us some food and since steak is my favorite I chose outback. The food was awesome as always we didn't go it just ordered it to go but it was ready soon as we got there still piping hot and perfect!!

I ordered my food from DoorDash. All of my food was cold. My steak that was with my 6oz Victoria's Filet® Mignon* & Lobster was burnt on top and didnt have any salt. My lobster was fishy and flavorless. My mushrooms for my steak had onions in it and im allergic to onions. None of my food had salt. We didnt get any of the ranch, napkins or salt that I asked for. My fried mushrooms were cold and very greasy. Overall, nothing tasted good due to it being cold and no salt at all.

Place was a disaster, couldnt even get a steak sitting at the bar. Place is filthy, service sucks and the gm cant even address issues, no wonder they have a 4.3 score. GM needs to expo his line cause the problems are huge with servers taking the hit in their wallets. Wonder why the place is usually empty
