Food is always good. Takes forever. Why even have a drive through if they aren’t gonna pay attention to it. Takes a while inside but you’ll at least get food

Food is always great so sad to say I won’t be back. Service is always terrible. Half the time the card reader isn’t working in the drive through but will they put a sign to warn? Nope wait as the 10th car in line just to go inside. Seven workers in there all attending to DoorDash and the first customer in line. They let us check out and then let us just wait and stand for over 10 minutes as every person worked on DoorDash. Finally after asking what the hold up was clearly frustrated, they said they were waiting on part of our order. For record, you need to put a sign outside the informs people that they need to come inside instead of waiting in line, offer something else for customers with disabilities instead of pretending that it’s not an issue when they mention it multiple times that I’ve been here by the way. And also, if we are out of something that’s gonna take us over 10 minutes to replace please let your customers know so that we don’t have screaming children in the car and we can make an informed decision regarding waiting.
