This place is sooooooo slow. My daughter loves the food especially the soups. We started to order online to see if it would be faster. It wasnt. We only stop when we arent in a hurry.

Foods always good, didn't like having to ask for my cup from a self service station that wasn't stocked, also part of what allowed you guys to charge so much for your food was the atmosphere of home cooking style bakery, you've lost that with plastic utensils now

Ordered DoorDash and on their website, it says baguette half or hole so we clicked half and end up getting a half a salad then the baguette was torn and just thrown in the bag and was not placed in anything covering it. DoorDash was fine but the way Panera packaged the delivery didn’t give the correct dressing for one of the salads and did not give us a whole salad with a half baguette.
They stay busy so you have to be patient to get your order. But the lady who take your orders very nice.

We used to eat here a lot and the food was always good! I’m not even sure if there’s a need to explain any further but food has gone way down hill! My 2 year old wouldn’t even eat his food and he eats everything. Do better!

I am very disappointed with my salad. I got one for my husband and one for me. Same salad. My husband's was all green mine was all iceberg and the lighter part in the middle. I've gone here other times and it was great but never to go, and I'm not sure I'll go again unless my husband suggests it.

Floors was horrible, food & trash on just about every table inside . Wife & I took our food outside due to this. Been a long time since I've seen a restaurant lobby this trashed. Employees stand around talking & laughing. Only 3 couples inside at the time. This is my last visit at that location for sure .

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera, I order a spinach and bacon soufflé on the iPad where it says that they were available, then the employee says they are out and to order something else and I’m like ok so I take a look and order a ham and cheese croissant but they are out of croissants. A bread place is out of croissants. Then my mother says it’s cause it’s almost lunch time and then the worker says that it is lunch time, and so I’m like ok well can I order something off of the lunch menu then, I order a simple grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup, it takes them around 20 minutes to make my meal, I don’t know what the deal was, I don’t know if it was cause of the prehistoric workers or what, but the new albany Panera is 1000x better than whatever you wanna call this place.
