I am very disappointed with my salad. I got one for my husband and one for me. Same salad. My husband's was all green mine was all iceberg and the lighter part in the middle. I've gone here other times and it was great but never to go, and I'm not sure I'll go again unless my husband suggests it.

Floors was horrible, food & trash on just about every table inside . Wife & I took our food outside due to this. Been a long time since I've seen a restaurant lobby this trashed. Employees stand around talking & laughing. Only 3 couples inside at the time. This is my last visit at that location for sure .

Delivery is my only complaint. The DoorDash service is no longer reliable. This is the second order I have placed with a restaurant That uses DoorDash and the delivery time kept pushing out. I get 5-10 minutes off due to traffic. But 30 minutes later than the restaurant estimate is too much. I may have to just stop ordering delivery.

Asked if they had the soup I wanted and they said most definitely yes. Pick up order and said they out of soup. They gave it to all th to go people. I was in the store.

I really like Panera but this location is terrible. It’s dirty—I hope the dirt is not in the food but… So, I was sitting in a booth, enjoying a drink when a lady walked in the door with her very identical drink to mine and said “there is something floating in it.“ She got her refund, which prompted me to look at my drink and it also had Floaties in it . Oh my. Oh my. I doubt Management really cares because they acted like it was no big deal. This lady had Floaties in her drink. Oh, by the way, it wasn’t supposed to have Floaties. This place is so disappointing. Normally I drive to New Albany, but since this is so close I quickly stopped in for a drink.

I drove thru because my daughter was sick and wanted some tomato soup. Makenna was kind and very generous! Thanks for the great service! I got a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which is my favorite. Unfortunately, the cucumbers were not crispy. The bread was a little soggy, too. My daughter LOVED the tomato soup bread bowl!!! I wish they have a little more soup for the bread bowl option. I will be coming back to this location, because it is convenient for us, but I may try dining in next time. :)

If you run out of something, how about letting the customer know, Instead of tossing some chips in the bag and calling it good?
We don’t usually get Panera because it’s expensive and we always have trouble with the delivery. Decided to try it tonight and they forgot half the order. I called Panera and they blamed it on the 3rd party delivery service. However, Panera employees are the people that put items in the bag.

I had many items in my order. I ordered whole sandwich of Toasted Garden Caprese but I only received half a sandwich. I did not know until I arrived home. I called the Cafe and spoke to a manager who told me he will give me a credit but I never received it. This is the second time for my order to be not accurate. I had the same situation before with another manager and was told I will get credit and will mail vouchers but all are lies.
