Went through drive thru and got a lecture for ordering from the passengers side and then not being able to hear me due to a tornado siren. Very rude and unnecessary. I was literally leaning over the driver for them to hear me, not my fault the siren went off when it was my time. I’ll add that The driver doesn’t speak English well, but I should t have to explain that. That’s not the way to talk to to costumers.

I have been waiting 40 minutes for my DoorDash order and so had my dasher . He had to abandon the order because he was losing money by waiting even tho I tipped very generously… it should not take 40 minutes to prepare Mac and cheese , a fruit bowl and a lemonade

I love coming to Panera to get broccoli cheddar soup and a Greek salad. For the first time, I was disappointed. The salad had way too much pepper on it. It used to have a peppercini in it, but not today. I guess you no longer get real spoons. My knife and fork weren't plastic, but my spoon was. I've missed the flavored, unsweet iced tea for a long time. Not sure I'll come back.

Almost every single time I doordash you all forget something. Checked by so and so my rear end. I just want to work and eat at the same time, is it too much to ask that you not forget my sandwhich or soup?
It seems more often than not these days it is had to fined a clean table. The floors are filthy and they are out of stock by 4pm.

My wife just picked up 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks from this location. Sandwiches have next to no sauce on them and drinks are flat. My wife received a text alert that the food was done, when she walks over to the counter, one of the girls assembling the sandwiches rudely asks her if she can help her, when told that she received a text that the food is done she simply tells my wife “it’s not, sandwiches are in the oven”. Once her order was ready the bag was simply placed on the counter in front of my wife with absolutely nothing said, not even a “Here you go”. I can never understand why people continue to work in a customer centered industry when they’re that miserable.
