Bought pick 2. Smokehouse BBQ chicken on brioche bun. There was nothing on the bun, it was like eating bun only, very dissatisfied. Then got strawberry poppyseed salad, ask for x dressing, didn't get it, they gave me a very small cup half full. Couldn't enjoy my salad with no dressing. Won't be back

Tonight I ordered a strawberry poppy chicken salad and when I got home it had no chicken on it.I used to eat here a lot but it seems that lately when I go in they are out of everything all the time. Tonight I ordered in the drive thru. The girl who was taking my order was very rude. When I pulled up to pay, Hannah Furgson, the manager according to her name tag was taking my payment. I asked if she was the one who took my order and she said no. I mentioned to her that the girl taking my order was rude. She said, "Ok". She didn't ask me what happeNed and didn't address it when she gave me my food. I can be understanding of running out of items especially right now but I do not appreciate rude employees.

i literally come here every day (so do my coworkers, i’m sure they are tired of us LOL) it’s right next to work, and my orders are always right. i love how quick they are in the drive thru!! really helps with my 30 minute lunch time. definitely recommend!!

There was a crazy lady working the drive-thru window on my visit with my mother. When we arrived at the window, she criticized her parenting because she was buying her 230 lb 18 year old son a regular sized energy drink. I felt like I was attacked when we finally got our drink, and she never stopped lecturing us, preceding to lie about the amount of caffeine. Why would the company sell a product that the employees will encourage you not to buy? Less caffeine than a monster by the way.

I’ve had a few average experiences here, but more often than not, there’s something wrong. I’ve ordered broccoli soup that had no vegetables, just a cup of cheese. This morning I ordered two huge boxes of bagels and two tubs of cream cheese, which they charge extra for. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to move two cars, but they didn’t give me the extra items I paid for. The clerk even had the audacity to mark the checklist on the receipt as confirmed being present. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The first time I gave grace and told myself that it was a simple mistake. The second time I said maybe the person was having a bad day, but I still didn’t complain or raise a fuss over food. This time is the 3rd time and it’s ridiculous and possibly planned negligence for profit. Lazy, incompetent employees laughably bad management are about the only thing promised here. The food and service are questionable, at best.

The menu says you get a baguette with the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich value duet, but they never give you the baguette at this store. I've only ever had this issue at the clarksville indiana store. I have one lunch break in a 9 hour shift, and I want the food I ordered. ?

I hope no one had an order like mine lol. I've had the margarita pizza before and I was so excited to take someone here for the taste and presentation of it.......I got this. And had to apologize for expecting the best. Half looking like a brain and all the flavor is, is tomato. It looks like it slid off the table and was just picked up ans put in a box. The sandwiches looked great but the bread felt stale. I got the grilled cheese for myself, and I was even put off on that. The cashiers inside are always bored and impatient looking but the drive thru ones are sweet, smiley and polite. Inside is always stocked and clean but flies swarm the breads and dessert from the open clear display.

I come here alot!!!! Today not so happy. If the people here don't like their job then quit. Complete rudness from the cashier. She acted like I was bothering her. The lady fixing my food was a little nicer but you can tell she was forcing herself to be nice and you can tell she really didn't like her job. Seriously what is wrong with people.
Very disappointed with my salad, it was so small and sad. It was delivered and I double checked that I hadn't order a "half order". I'll be posting a photo of this 10.00 salad.

Sucks when the ice machine quits mid-day. Have not been to Panera in a while. Guess will be another while till a return is made. Front desk atmosphere was stellar thanks to the friendly lady. No name tag no credit. Then it just went downhill. Not enough food for the dayFuukit™️®️©️Just get the next best or not
