Papa Johns Pizza

I like the food. I hate the fact they charge all most $6 for delivery fee and the drivers get $0 of the delivery fee. That's is pure greed.... Such a high delivery fee cuts in on driver's tip cause the fee so high. Do the right thing lower the delivery fee or let the driver get 60% of it. GREED

Most disgusting pizza I've ever had. Look at the grease! I don't even know how that level of grease is possible on the bottom of it.

Absolutely horrible attitude from employees and was told I was going to get a refund from the GM Andrea Sowders only for her to go back and tell me she was not going to do it but would replace my order. I refuse to go to a restaurant where I was disrespected!!!

Okay, so I know I said last week that papa johns was that place I'd never go to again. Well my bf bought a pizza and brought it home and it tasted way better then the pizza I had like 5 months ago. So I guess I'll give you guys some credit. Keep doing what your doing dough boys. 🩷💛

Orders take too long to come out and employees don't seem to care that customers are waiting

I don't really have a bad review most of the time the place is pretty good occasionally too much sauce but not all the time. Or they forget my extra garlic sauce. But today, today I got a surprise November 18th 2024. Just look at the pictures. I got a Pizza screen with my pizza and I realized that they do not wash these things very often apparently. And the burn in the Pizza screen can burn into my pizza I could taste the burnt.

This review is based on the last several experiences and not just one bad meal. The pizzas just aren't what they were, they fall apart in a melted flimsy mess and there's no consistency whatsoever. I'm done going here.

Ordered carry out yesterday. Two pizzas, dough was raw in the middle on both a breadsticks barely done. Ordered extra sauce cups for the breadsticks and there was barely enough marinara in each cup to cover the bottom. Tossed almost all the pizza out as only about the outer two three inches wasn't raw dough. Won't order from this location again.

The pizza wasn’t even baked. Raw dough. It took over 35 minutes to deliver it. Called corporate. They don’t care. They are rich. Won’t add anything to lining their pockets ever again. Gross pizza.
