That one lady is in there every time I go in there! She's pretty nice when we or I visit. She has been working there a long time and I believe she has made all my orders from there. My food is amazing every time. I usually visit in the evenings. Never had a bad experience! Ty Pizza Hut! Consistently and Quality is appreciated 👏 thank you for the lady that's always there making orders! Idk her name but I know you guys do. The store is always clean inside and out. 💔 Need more dine ins w salad bars 💥💥💥. Keep up the great work everyone!!

I placed an order with the store on Thursday night between 9:30 and 10:00 I think it was around 9:48 or something like that they tell me that my delivery would be here in 20 to 30 minutes I live in new apartment complex That doordash has a hard time finding I gave specific instructions on the directions on the app through Pizza Hut the building number what the name of the apartments were where is the building was located everything that I could do on my end so I get a text saying that my food was picked up and it's on his way for delivery you know 15 minutes goes by 20 minutes goes by nothing I call into customer service three times they transfer me to the store twice cuz by this time it's like 3:00 to 11:00 I'm calling the number that says it's the driver's number no answer I'm leaving voicemail after voicemail to see if he's lost when I called into the store and they transfer me to the actual store The first time the lady told me that my pizza she had just handed that pizza to the driver well it was funny when I called Mercedes back The second time she told me the exact same thing that she had just handed that pizza out to the driver and I said man I just spoke to you 15 minutes ago and you told me that exact story it's raining heavily outside so I expected them to be a little bit late you know a few minutes late you know I get it but I called numerous times I called customer service and just told him just to just give me a refund cuz I paid $35 and I'm going to show you what was brought to me how old and crusty cuz they did get here finally about 40 minutes 45 minutes past my delivery time now the manager said they just pulled this pizza out does she just handed it to the driver there is no way no way this pizza is not fresh it's not even up to par not even close but I'm going to show you pictures cuz I got pictures of it this will be the last time if I'd have known you was using doordash I would not have I wouldn't even ordered because doordash is getting ridiculous leaving food on the wrong steps not answering their phone they don't know directions you can't tell them directions if they can't speak English or fluently you know understand English I it shouldn't be this difficult to order pizza and I really really wanted Pizza Hut pizza $35 of my hard earned money see times are getting tough and the service like this you won't be open long Pizza Hut but I'm going to submit pictures and I hope that this can be corrected because when I requested for a refund like 30 minutes ago I should have gotten it and they should have canceled the order because I was ready for bed I'm working 16-hour days and they said no it's in route to delivery but it was supposed to be delivered to me at 10:30 and it's now you know 11:31 and when I requested my refund at 11:05 I should have received it because I'm ready for bed now but I got pictures of the pizza I just want you all to see with the kind of quality and if you you're telling me that's fresh out of the oven then somebody needs to go back to the basics because this is crusty it ain't hardly got no time it's it's not it's not even fresh looking $35 THIS WAS AWFUL DRY OLD PIZZA tell me does that pizza look fresh or just made? It definitely was not even close to being worth half of 35$ service / time terrible calling into a call center then the transfer u to the actual store so you have to tell your whole problem over to somebody else on the phone All I wanted to do was order pizza good pizza from Pizza Hut and I went through all of this and the pizza sucks and it's old clearly not remotely hot or fresh looks pretty rough. I want a refund because I wouldn't pay 6$ for this

Order my food online said 30 minutes I get was told 7mins to make a long story short I was there almost 2 hours trying to get my money back and my food manager would not come out to talk to me and then lied and said I put your money back on I said no you did not I've been right here ! Do not go to the one in Clarksville in !!! And I would of rated a 0 but wasn't available.

We placed an order for 8 pizzas for our grandson’s birthday party first thing Saturday morning. When I arrived for the pickup it was obvious that it was an extremely busy morning and Christian was running the show ALL BY HERSELF. There is no way that she wasn’t “feeling the pressure” and the situation had to be stressful! Christian handled our order, along with several other orders, without missing a beat! She was extremely friendly and polite and professional with a fantastic attitude towards her customers. WAY TO GO, CHRISTIAN!! YOU WERE AWESOME!!
Also, there were multiple comments from our birthday party attendees about how delicious the pizza was. Do yourself a favor and go visit Christian for some amazing pizza!! She’ll be there tonight until 9pm.

I ordered online and went in to pick up my order. The older gentleman working the register was so amazing! He Greeted everyone and made simple conversation with everyone. The food was also hot and super delicious, I also love the $7 deal! Definitely will be back
If you want good service and good food take your family to this location, the food was great, the store was clean and the service was even better! The store manager crystal went out of her way to give us great service and great food on top of it, we will continue to go to this location due to the way we was treated and the good food. Pizza Hut must be desperate. Charged me a 1.00 for an extra tiny cup of marinara sauce...lol Not enough sauce to even cover 1 slice..plus the sauce is served cold. Pathetic. Haven't eaten here in years. The only reason why I ate here was because it was next to the jobsite.

Kristen(?) was an absolute saintess. Went above and beyond for my girlfriend and myself! My girlfriend has a problem with typical cheese/sauce ratios and the pizza was made without the ordered xtra cheese but was QUICK to catch that mistake during the cutting and was quick to make it right. Thank you Kristen(?) for allowing my night to be fairly event free from partner dissatisfaction.

I was a walk-in and waited close to 5 minutes to be asked if they could help me. The one attendant was on the phone and the other, in the kitchen, doing nothing, just smiled. I ordered the new New York Mega pizza. It smelled delicious and was good, just a little light on pizza sauce.
