So I ordered pi,za thru the app, and usually, the time is pretty accurate. We ordered today and we still had to wait. There was 1 person inside working and another doing whatever he wanted to do. He ran and got food, stood around and didn't help the other guy at all. My boyfriend even said that we wouldn't get our food until they ate theirs. I understand if they were slammed with orders, but they weren't. And for both people not to be working and helping his team mate out is ridiculous

We had a party and needed 10 pizzas, and they were quick and courteous. The party visit was the best visit we've had in a while. The past few times before the party, every time I went in the store to pick up the couple pizzas around lunch time, there was a young girl on the oven who needed help and management didn't want to help at all, and made herself known that she was upset with the girl for asking for help and the customers can wait forever if they needed to as long as she stayed on the oven. It was very frustrating as it didn't seem like they were working as a team, and I felt so sorry for the poor girl that I wanted to go back there and help her.Do yourself a favor and get the thin crust with buffalo sauce as the base & add bacon. Best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut, but the other's are good as well.
I ordered the large up to 10 topping pizza special that they're running right now.I ordered double pepperoni, double sausage, and double bacon on a thin crust.I went inside to pay for it and the manager made sure that my order was correct and I asked her if she could double cut it for me and I seen her actually wash her hands before she cut the pizza which was a bonus, you don't see that too often these days in restaurants.The pizza was fresh and hot and delicious, no complaints here and for the special that they're running is the best pizza special I've heard in a long time.It's definitely a must try pizza experience.

Pizza is ok, but customer service could be improved. After a long drive, kids want something quick and easy to eat, so we stopped by pickup a pizza, and the worker at the store talked to my husband in a very rude way. Just so disappointed. But I hope she will have a better day everyday in future, so no more review like mind again.

They make the best pizza ever they take the time to make them look good very appetiting they make them look so good u can't wait to eat it the crew is very nice and clean looking that a plus right there good coupons I don't buy pizza anywhere else for the last 4 years and the managers super nice highly recommend u try one cause u will make it your favorite pizza place forever

If I could give it negative stars I would. Took over an hour when the app said 15 minutes. Burnt my pizza and multiple other customers waiting for theirs. Remade my pizza and made it wrong and for got part of my order. Will never go back to this Pizza Hut again. I might not ever go to Pizza Hut anywhere ever again. I’ll stick with dominos. At least theirs pizza is hot and doesn’t taste like an old gym sick.

ordered at 6:53pm on feb,4,2024 for a 7:30 pickup. the guy argued with me he was working alone he says. he had it ready at 7:30 but it was cold. why he didnt put it in the warmer they had with other order i dont know but needless to say i wasnt having it and asked for a refund. f this place. they continue to fail their customers. all they have are excuses.

Pizza Hut dropped the ball this time. I waited an hour for my pizza to be delivered then called the store only to be told that they didn’t have any drivers and they were waiting on DoorDash. No one tried to call me and let me know or I would’ve gone to pick it up sooner. just could’ve been handled better.
