Not the entire staff, but a select few need to go through food and hygiene safety. A lot of touching faces and then equipment while doing food prep. It’s unfortunate for the other employees, but I would not eat here.

Let me be perfectly clear. The ONLY reason I gave 5-stars is because of Shay. She handled our order with absolute professionalism while pregnant, completely by herself. But her coworker Chris (whom we never saw) is a POS for letting their pregnant coworker carry the load while they sit back and collect a paycheck for doing nothing. If I return and Chris is serving me, I'll eat somewhere else. I can't expect for someone who cares so little about their job and coworkers in food service to take preparing my meal seriously.

It really depends on when you go and who is working, because its either 100% or 0%, there is no in between.I have been there when the staff is just JAMMING it out, like I walked in and my pick up order was ready early, they were like a machine making sure everything was clean and neat, and everyone just looked like they were on top of their game. And then there were days like last week, where it was 2 girls working who were just doing...something, I'm not sure what, but it seemed like they would rather be joking around with each other than being there. My pickup order was for 1pm and I didn't get it until 1:20, which is really annoying when you are on a limited lunch break. They half helped this man who was in the regular line and made him wait an obscenely long time before they rang him up and gave him his order (and the whole time it was "huh? are you waiting? what for? OMG the man is standing with his wallet out!). They lost a woman's order and then gave someone else's order to a guy who walked in and was only waiting 30 seconds, and the person who the order belonged to was made to wait LONGER (!) and not offered an apology. It was pretty wild. Although I guess if you have ever worked in the service industry and have no place to be, watching this comedy of errors play out would be pretty entertaining so

Everything about our experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Employees are the most important part of any successful business, and I truly hope the owner of this store knows how wonderful Shea is. As a business owner myself, I knew that I needed to write a review to applaud the amazing customer service Shea gave us during our visit. Her energy was bright, her authenticity was vibrant and her skills in the industry are impeccable. I hope all future customers get to experience her service, and more importantly I hope the owners and management see the talent they have and hold tightly to it!Vegetarian options: It is easy to turn any entree into a healthy and filling vegetarian meal with their grilled veggie mix!

This place is never open. 7:30pm on a Friday night? Closed. 1:30pm on a Tuesday?? Closed again. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time.Edit 05/07/22 this location is still an absolute joke, it's 1:07 PM on a Friday and they have workers inside and they have the location closed, I was able to talk to one of them and they said they aren't even taking online orders because they didn't prep enough food. I waited 6 months for them to get their act together and this is insane to think that in a 6 month span every single time I've tried to go to this location, they close for negligence.

I was ify on going to this location and I was right I spent $30 on 3 cheese nacho bowl that had no cheese I kept asking for extra cause they gave me one little scoop and they wouldn’t so it’s like I’m eating plain rice ! Very cold ! The burrito was just as bad !
