The restaurant looked very clean and the decor seemed much improved since the last time I ate inside. Our server did a good job. The food was delicious. We tried the new Crab Queso and the Salt and Vinegar shrimp, which were both good.I feel like Red Lobster has come back to being a place to dine.

Food delicious as always but service a bit incongruous tonight, got bread and appetizer before fork and napkin, then it was a race to eat before food got chilled from the arctic breeze out of the ceiling, and the iced tea refills were apparently on a time delay, empty glass and slurp on ice before getting noticed/asked for refill.

Couldn't get steaks right then took cost of steak off the tab for select customers.Poorly managed but great servers clean up crew.Bartender doesn't skimp on alcohol either.Meal for two cost over $90 bucks.

I was there to celebrate my birthday with my kids. Our server took almost 15 minutes to come out of the back to greet us and take our complete order as we had plenty of time to decide on everything and almost got up to go somewhere else to eat. I was only halfway through my food when Keenan brought out to go boxes and the check which I hadn't asked for. Especially because I was still planning on asking about the birthday Sunday that I overheard another server telling a little girl she got for her birthday and wanted to order a piece of chocolate cake to go.
This place is miserable. The management and staff are extremely rude and not in the right head space. I have came here since I was a kid. Now it is ran by people who clearly don’t care about their customers or what’s going on behind scenes. I had came here last time and $20 had been stolen from me, BY MY WAITOR, it fell on the floor, he took it and repeatedly denied it. I had talked to a guy about it and he scared the money out of him and he gave it back. When I told the managers they didn’t even talk to him. Now I come back and get accused of stealing. She took too long to give our check back and we left our amount PLUS a $14 tip and they followed me to my vehicle saying we did not pay. We went in shown them the money took back our tip and left.
