I was just informed by customer service that the gas pumps reset on Saturday nights and don't work correctly on Sundays. As I tried to use my app for fuel, it didn't work. I asked for help and the guy had me use my physical debit card a few times. After this did not work I called my bank and they said it was sams clubs issue and he had me try my card so many times that I am unable to pay at the pump for today. I am very upset as I have a membership primarily for the cheap gas. I now have to pay about 30 cents more at a different gas station. when speaking to customer service the lady laughed about the pumps not working right on sundays, and that I should go in the store and buy a gift card for gas because that will always work.

We got the cake it was done right on time and that is amazing when you have a 5year old birthday party to get to. The cake was amazing, looked amazing and taste as good!!! They did an amazing job! I had an accident while getting gas yesterday and was publicly humiliated and refused service by an employee at the facility by the name of Ben Goodman. This man got upset because I requested a supervisor after he refused to help me as a customer, or address my issue. Once I walked to the door with my toddlers and myself, he blocked us from being able to walk through the doors multiple times stating that I was “yelling” when initially I was not. Bought tires from this location a couple of years back. I have a small leak in front tire. Took it in to have it repaired. After an hour I’m told they can’t get the tire off. I’m told they can’t get nuts off the rim. I’d have to take it to dealership to get new nuts put on. Interesting this tire store is the only one it’s been to for the new tires and now to get leak fixed. Excuse me but any damage to lug nuts is this stores problem. went today to renew our membership, i take my senior dad when has to go and i buy for my household. never had a problem til today, the condescending rude cashier is part of the problem remember if it wasnt for the customer you wouldnt have a job, we go in and see they have toilet paper so since its 2 different households we grab 2 there are no signs showing 1 per membership this has never been a problem til today manager. is a p**** he wanted to argue with a 78 year old man over toilet paper, we didnt renew our membership and left our 300.00 order. We will be doing our business else where

Be sure if you go to sams club in Clarksvilles that you park completely away from the building. Someone side swiped our car while we were there today and they were no help at all apparently their parking lot cameras don’t work.

Very disappointed they are selling industrial sanitizer and cleaner but no one is cleaning or wiping down carts for shoppers which is insane during this time.
