I have maintained a Plus membership with a military discount at this Sam's Club for at least 10 years and finally feel compelled to write a review based on an over and above positive experience this week. I usually do curbside pickup for the convenience and most of the time I receive a notification that my order has been pulled and ready for pickup even earlier than my chosen time. Refreshing! On this particular visit, I encountered Jamie, one of the employees transporting items out to waiting customers queued up in their cars. I had 2 online orders and Jamie was able to consult the manager on duty and partially combine items from these orders so that I could fulfill my shopping list without over purchasing. Also, most surprising takeaway, one of my items was the final one in stock and Jamie tracked it down and saved the day for me because I needed it for the next day and was a bit panicked. Kudos to both Jamie and the manager on duty for making me one happy customer and for going way beyond expectations for outstanding customer service.

I always have a good experience going. my kids insist we get something at the cafeteria. the line is usually fast and the soda for the most part is available. actually have nothing to complain about. Get the sam's club app do scan and go and never have to worry about any lines. I'm amazed with how many people waste there time standing in line do they not know about the app?

This is for the bakery!! I placed my order which was so easy the stuff so was friendly. We got the cake it was done right on time and that is amazing when you have a 5year old birthday party to get to. The cake was amazing, looked amazing and taste as good!!! They did an amazing job! Bought tires from this location a couple of years back. I have a small leak in front tire. Took it in to have it repaired. After an hour I’m told they can’t get the tire off. I’m told they can’t get nuts off the rim. I’d have to take it to dealership to get new nuts put on. Over many years I've had my problems and criticisms with Sam's. However I must give credit where credit is due. The last couple of weeks I've had two curbside orders with Sam's. On both occasions my orders were ready significantly in advance of my pick up appointment time. Additionally, I received every item I ordered. I should point out neither order included TP or paper towels. I was most impressed with my last order. I placed my order Monday around noon with a pick up appointment of Tuesday between noon and 1 pm. Tuesday morning, approximately 7 am, yes 7 am, I received a text informing me my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived around noon Tuesday for pick up, I only had to wait about 10 minutes before my order was loaded into my car. As previously stated, I ordered 14 items and I received all 14 items. For all my previous criticisms of Sam's, I must admit they have their curbside service operating perfectly, at least for me at this time. Great job Sam's!

went today to renew our membership, i take my senior dad when has to go and i buy for my household. never had a problem til today, the condescending rude cashier is part of the problem remember if it wasnt for the customer you wouldnt have a job, we go in and see they have toilet paper so since its 2 different households we grab 2 there are no signs showing 1 per membership this has never been a problem til today manager. is a p**** he wanted to argue with a 78 year old man over toilet paper, we didnt renew our membership and left our 300.00 order. We will be doing our business else where
