The barista Nate huffed and rolled his eyes at me when I ordered my frappe. He made it known that there were a lot of frappes to make so it would take a while which was fine I didn't mind waiting. But Ive never had anyone huff at me and roll their eyes because I ordered a drink they didn't want to make.

They refuse to open or service their customers. They’re just sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot. The employees at this location are just pitiful excuses for workers. I’ll never be back!!!

so i got a grande toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso and they simply put no espresso in it… i guess 7 Brew (in jeffersonville) can take all my money…

I ordered an ice sugar cookie latte and they literally handed it to me as a black coffee. Then when they remade it. It was awful?

I’m not a reviewer so this means it really was trash. If I could give 0 I would. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through, I finally parked and went inside to order instead, because the line hadn’t moved at all. I go inside to place my order and waited another 5 minutes for someone to even approach the counter. As I stood there waiting I was observing the case where the food items are displayed, old and discolored, and the case is FILLED with flies. Finally a lady came to take my order, I ordered a quad shot in a venti cup that never even came in a venti cup and paid for extra cold foam that I didn’t get either. I waited 10 min for my coffee to come up, and had 3 pastries items that I waited ANOTHER twenty minutes for because the barista said it was the lady who was taking orders job to get the pastries. While I was observing all this one of the girl workers was all over some blonde boy hugging on him behind the counter (my pastries could have been gotten in this time)How unprofessional and weird.I finally get my bakery items and the order is wrong? clearly labeled things all just had lemon loafs.Get some employees that you pay that actually can do the job you’re paying them for.Weird experience and lazy rude workersSlowest and WORST Starbucks I have ever been too.
