I called to order a single coffee and Lisa refused to take my order at 850P and said they were already closed. I then told her that I thought I could order until 9. I then pull up at 855P and was refused once again. I order Starbucks at least twice a day and will not be going to this particular store ever.

I went to Starbucks this morning to have coffee and a light breakfast. I ordered a small caramel macchiato and and oatmeal. What I got was a caramel macchiato with oatmilk. They are very nice but perhaps if they would turn the music down a little, they could actually hear what customers are ordering. I want to go to a coffee house in the morning. Not a night club. Please turn the music down. It should be background noise not overpowering every conversation in the building.

These were some of the best coffee drinks my husband and I have ever had. And we drink an exorbitant amount of coffees! The gouda, bacon, and egg sandwiches are also absolutely delicious!
The best part was that they have some outstanding and kind employees!! I had been on crutches for a few weeks and the entire time, I never have had a single person in any establishment so much as open a door for me (granted, I'm stubborn and don't expect help). However, one of the employees went out of their way to rush to open the door as I crutched my way up, and welcomed me to the establishment. It was a great act of kindness and I hope that we can all do the same.

I was concerned coming to drive thru with a tall order but staff graciously, dare I say excitedly, took our order. It took some time to get it, which is understandable, but was was actually way faster than I thought it would be. Window staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This was rubbish, I really give a star because there is nothing less than this. I bought two loaves and two coffees I waited more than 45 minutes and nothing coffee ever prepared me, really disappointed me and I preferred to lose the money to keep waiting for when every time I asked what I asked about it they told me that I was in a few minutes and all the people who arrived left super fast with their order. I wish what happened does not happen again to any other customer who gets there.

I always love Starbucks but don’t always love their service. The store had a very nice worker, Gracie, who took my order at 8 at night. She was very polite and friendly. She helped me with my app and my reward. I really appreciated her service!!
The worse experience ever. Do Not use this store. The manager was so rude. I simply asked him how was i suppose to know I couldn't use anything over a 20 dollar bill. I asked was there a sign that I missed. He said I don't know and get out of his line because its a nationwide policy. But honestly how was I suppose to know that. I won't be back and I have a video of the interaction to forward to corporate.

Sat down for a meeting before I would come to eventually order a few things... The store was EMPTY, no one else inside.
Was told, within 7 minutes, that I had to order something to stay... and to order in the next 15 minutes.
Otherwise, am I to understand I would be physically removed from the store??? What kind of ridiculous authority trip prank is this? I make hundreds of Starbucks purchases a year... what a tactless, petty thing to confront a customer about.
