Everything I needed was there!

When I walked in the cashier was helping another customer. So I got in line, when it was my turn she walked away not no apparent reason. Several minute later when she returned I asked for something I regularly get at other Starbucks locations. She was very rude & dismissive about refusing my request, and walked away again before I could even reply or change my request.

They evidently don’t like to make the drink I order and like to make comments when I pick it up in the window and last time I ordered it to get picked up inside and they wrote a rude msg on my cup! If they don’t like to do their jobs and complain to the customers bc of their order then they need to find a new job. It’s getting ridiculous.

Barista was distracted with customers who she knew and didn't add a majority of the ingredients to my coffee.. didn't line my cup with caramel or add the caramel sauce or vanilla shot. Told my bf they couldn't add a lot of the additives she ordered (cold foam, raspberry shot etc) because they couldn't put them in the same drink. No other location we've been to has had this problem and we always get these and plenty of extras in our drinks. Spent $20 on coffee neither of us can drink because it's missing all of the flavors and is honestly just gross

Wings. To watch them on a rush is to watch birds artistically fly. They are fast and Lile any of us, can be pushed so far. You guys are quick and do a great job no matter how blind others be to your haste.

I had a really nice experience at this Starbucks The staff were friendly and got my order right without any issues My drink was well made and came out quickly The atmosphere was cozy and there were plenty of places to sit and relax or get some work done The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the restroom wasn’t very clean Otherwise it was a great visit and I’ll definitely be back

I’ve been ordering the same drink almost daily for the past month with no issues, I left today with nothing after more than an hour, which was both frustrating and humiliating. At a $9 price point, the inconsistency and dismissiveness are unacceptable. The amount of variation in the way Starbucks makes its drinks makes my head spin. It used to be that it tasted too much like espresso, now today I got handed four cups of milk and argued with for over an hour. I'm extremely disappointed that I will have to find another place to buy coffee from (yes I know this affects them none but it affects me). I had been extremely excited for pumpkin spice season but now I don't know if I want to even attempt to order at all. I just wanted a pick me up for my day and I got an hour long argument that honestly ruined it.

I received my mobile order in drive through a little bit ago. I picked up the order maybe 5 minutes after it was placed. The coffee I received had almost completely melted ice and the cold foam had sunk to the bottom and looked old. Overall, the coffee looked and tasted like it had sat on a counter for a while (already made) long before the order was even placed, then had a label put on it and served. I ended up having to throw it away. I was in a hurry and didn’t have the time to go back and get a new one, so it was highly disappointing.

I called to order a single coffee and Lisa refused to take my order at 850P and said they were already closed. I then told her that I thought I could order until 9. I then pull up at 855P and was refused once again. I order Starbucks at least twice a day and will not be going to this particular store ever.

I went to Starbucks this morning to have coffee and a light breakfast. I ordered a small caramel macchiato and and oatmeal. What I got was a caramel macchiato with oatmilk. They are very nice but perhaps if they would turn the music down a little, they could actually hear what customers are ordering. I want to go to a coffee house in the morning. Not a night club. Please turn the music down. It should be background noise not overpowering every conversation in the building.

These were some of the best coffee drinks my husband and I have ever had. And we drink an exorbitant amount of coffees! The gouda, bacon, and egg sandwiches are also absolutely delicious!

The best part was that they have some outstanding and kind employees!! I had been on crutches for a few weeks and the entire time, I never have had a single person in any establishment so much as open a door for me (granted, I'm stubborn and don't expect help). However, one of the employees went out of their way to rush to open the door as I crutched my way up, and welcomed me to the establishment. It was a great act of kindness and I hope that we can all do the same.
