Terrible. Very rude. I ordered a footlong online. I asked that they wrapped it separately in the instructions. When I went to pickup my order, the sub wasn't wrapped separately. I politely asked if she could wrap separately and she had an attitude saying some thing about a coupon. (Only $1 off not a huge discount) I asked she couldn't wrap separately because I used a coupon and she said no and would cancel my order for any future orders with coupons and threw a piece of paper at me to wrap it myself. If I could rate a 0 I would. Order didnt even have the complete toppings. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If they didnt want to accept the coupon they shouldn't have allowed so on the app.
Absolutely worst experience. Cancelled my online order before I even arrived. Was completely rude and care less. Didn’t receive my refund. Staff rude.
Ordered online using the app. Used a coupon and the app and the website both said that this was a participating location. Get to pick up my order and the owner basically threw the order at me yelling that I can't use coupons anymore and he will cancel my order next time all while having a cheek full of chewing tobacco in his mouth. I will never go back to this place again.
They only have white and wheat bread. They choose not to carry any other bread. Footlongs are barely cut in half. When you do get what you order, it comes out as slop. This is the WORST Subway location in the area. I don't know how they're still in business. Let all the 1 Star reviews speak for themselves. Shame on this location.
Horrible attitude and portion size. They literally make the bread so skinny that a double steak footling sandwich became a snack. The concept of saying can I have more spinach was met with an attitude. I didn't dare ask if she would put more mayo on my son's ham and cheese, i may have needed a weapon to convince her to accommodate. I will be driving 8 min further and parking and walking into a wal-mart subway where service is valued

This guy was very rude to my coworker. You’d think if you had a business you would be kind to the people that bought food from you. There are several people who will never return. Not asking much just to have one person pick up the food and for the sandwich to be fixed the way it is supposed to. (Hot) it was ice cold.
Didnt correctly listen to order and was rude about a pick up order coming through the drive through. Get over it. Its the same to come through the drive thru. learn to read instructions.
This owner is awful. My online order went through but my girlfriend’s order, 15 seconds later did not because he shut down online ordering. I can only speculate that it was because of the deal being offered but even when asked if he would honor the deal, he would not. When I looked at the sandwich he made for me, there was barely anything on it. It seems this man is looking for customers to suffer through expensive subs that barely have any ingredients. We went to the other Subway nearby after this one and had a pleasant experience.
Ordered my food through the app because of the 6.99 footlong promo. When I got to the store, the manager said that he refused to sell a sub at that price and canceled my order!

Drove all the way up here just to find out that they cancelled my order because he said he cant afford for me to use coupons smh that will the last time i come here already had a bad feeling about this place because last time i came here they put like one piece of meat on my whole footlong please save your money and time and avoid this location at all cost
They don't except coupons here and they are not nice about it and the bathrooms are horrible
