The customer service is terrible and The facility is not clean there's much garbage and things on the floors.

Don’t go there, they don’t honor deals or coupons off the app. They get mad if you are trying to save $2 during your online order.

My first mistake was placing a mobile order and not watching them make it. I went through the drive thru, told them I placed a mobile order and was given my sub with zero customer service, no words at all said. Just handed me the bag and ripped the mobile order receipt off as she did it. Curious. I worked at subway as an opener/closer, so I am well aware of the amount of meat and toppings that we are trained to put on. Ordering a ft long bmt, it’s not 3 Pepperoni, 3 ham and 3 salami on the entire sub, that doesn’t even cover the ft long. I didn’t receive any cheese as well. I received less than normal amounts of toppings. My guess, they didn’t like that I used a coupon, something I’ve never done at this location before. You should have just said you don’t take them and I could have gotten what I ordered elsewhere. Cutting costs by shorting customers is a typical occurrence judging by the reviews. I never wrote reviews and I didn’t ask for a refund but an acknowledgement would have been nice, manager lied before even having the info and then again when he was corrected about standards so that was it for me. If it’s been awhile and you’re craving subway, don’t expect this to to hit the spot. I’ll just avoid this location from now on.

Ordered and paid online. Server had bad attitude telling me next time i order meal of day he would cancel it because they dont do those. They shorted me chips and cookie and didnt toast as ordered. My last visit to this store.

I have ordered here on multiple occasions and have had no issues. It wasn’t until my last two orders that I’ve placed that raised my concern. The first cancellation was due to the restaurant being out of bacon; however, upon reading these reviews, it seems like they lied about being out of bacon so they could have a reason to cancel my mobile order—I was using a coupon that was sent via mail from Subway. Yesterday, July 25th, I had placed a mobile order where I used my subway rewards points for $2 off my sandwich, waited for the 25 minutes until it was ready, then went to the store to find out they don’t “accept” mobile orders. If they don’t accept mobile orders, then why did it allow me to place a mobile order and pay? If you’re worried about using a coupon or using reward points, then why are they offering them to us for free? It does not seem like this location wants business. Upon going inside, the whole establishment looks dilapidated. I would avoid this location (and all Subway locations) at all costs.

Tried to use their bathroom, and it was closed, which was fine, but when asked where a close bathroom was they just kept saying theirs was closed even though I was literally about to piss myself

Tried to order thru doordash for them to tell the drivers that they have no workers yet a worker answered the phone to confirm they were open to take orders and one driver that the food wasnt confirmed but i ordered TWICE. Eat somewhere else because it AINT FRESH

i ordered online and when i went to pick it up the man was so rude, telling me i can’t order there again because they don’t do the deals my sandwich didn’t have a lot of meat or topping wasn’t wrapped well and just all around a bad experience.

Acted like she grew the pickles herself and immediately started barking about charging extra for I guess too many pickles I wanted on my sandwich and not allowed extra mayo or sides of mayo on the side which I've never had any issues with subway til we came to this one in Indiana. Gladly never come back to this one bc in Louisville they definitely don't do this!!

Hilariously bad customer service. Made my son a cheese roll up without cheese and refused to remake it. Lied to me about having toppings, sauces when I could clearly see them. Bathroom was filthy. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is well deserved

This guy was so rude. He also lied about not having Parmesan vinaigrette, which I clearly saw the bottle and he just didn’t want to refill. If he was truly out he could’ve put it away in the back so it didn’t look like an option. We ordered a cheese dipper and it didn’t have any cheese at all. Just flat bread. He also lied about not having Parmesan cheese.

Terrible. Very rude. I ordered a footlong online. I asked that they wrapped it separately in the instructions. When I went to pickup my order, the sub wasn't wrapped separately. I politely asked if she could wrap separately and she had an attitude saying some thing about a coupon. (Only $1 off not a huge discount) I asked she couldn't wrap separately because I used a coupon and she said no and would cancel my order for any future orders with coupons and threw a piece of paper at me to wrap it myself. If I could rate a 0 I would. Order didnt even have the complete toppings. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If they didnt want to accept the coupon they shouldn't have allowed so on the app.
Absolutely worst experience. Cancelled my online order before I even arrived. Was completely rude and care less. Didn’t receive my refund. Staff rude.
