Night shift guy sucks ssa! He literally got mad i went through drivethru to pick up my online order but when I got home, I noticed my sandwich I ordered (steak and cheese) didn't have any steak on it like smeared just a little bit of steak onto the bread. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Very poor communication skills from employees. (Doesn't seem to understand the English language). Will never go to Subway again. For what they charge (14.32 for a ham and bacon ft long sub no cheese or anything .)you can go to Mexico City 2 or just about any other sit down place and have a better meal

Do not order here the sandwich is how including the lettuce, there is barely any meet, I ordered a BMT it is 95% bread lettuce and mayonnaise, this is discussing , I would like to say this is the first time but it’s not it’s like this every time we go there

This Location does not accept coupons the "system isn't accepting them, try again next week" is the same awnser every time I try and give them business.
The attitude of the lady behind the counter was rude. I tried to say thank you to her and to the guy behind the counter with them. No response from either one. The restaurant was dirty. Not a single clean table in the restaurant. Just not a good Subway to go to and I like Subway’s. A girl came in while I am sitting here and they treated her the same way.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I just ordered 2 footlong subs through the subway app and this store made both sandwiches completely WRONG. I got home and saw they were both all wrong and called the store. I asked if I could drive back and give them the UNEATEN subs and get the actual subs that I ordered and paid for and the manager said no??! WHAT?? ? I was astonished!! She said I could come by on Monday and maybe she’d make them correctly? We would have just eaten the wrong sandwiches but she put this nasty dressing all over them (that were NOT) on my order. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely disgusting in this location!!! Absolutely all of the vegetables looked mushy, brown lettuce, sticky tea and trash all over drink area. Floors Absolutely disgusting, dirty tables, ham turkey both looked grey, flys Absolutely everywhere, and i mean everywhere. Place needs to be shut down, i called the health department, bad thing is this owner of this location owns seriously 12 other stores!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION

Had to come here because the drive thru subway on tenth in jeff was too overwhelmed to be trusted. They literally sounded like he just didn't want the business. That was the same joker that messed up three footlong subs for us recently. Could tell by the voice.Polar opposites at the store on eastern. This gal, right at closing, was friendly, efficient and professional. Saved the day!
