First time going here and the food wasn't bad. Ordered oysters and catfish and enjoyed both. Will have to go again to test out some of the other food.

The shrimp sausage boil was a hair salty, the shrimp was good. Portions were good size. The fried whiting had the skin, which was not my thing. The fries were solid.. If we returned I will try the fried shrimp

Just left here and I need the Pepto Bismal. I feel like I have been drinking a bottle of vegetable oil after leaving here! Definitely did not get stuffed, so that's a bonus. The 10 cars in the parking lot at 6:30 p.m. should have been a clue for us, but we figured there probably were not alot of people out to eat yet because of the weather being so nice. Now, we know why there were so few cars...Our server was Danisha and she did the best she could with the poor quality of food she had to work with. We didn't mind dropping $100 for the two of us, had the food been good. I ordered the combo shrimp, King Alaskan Crab legs, clam chowder and cajun fries, while my boyfriend ordered the shrimp, mussel, Dungeness Crab, corn and potato and boiled eggs. My soup came on a styrofoam plate! It was very hot (a good thing), but it was a greenish color with an extremely fishy taste and I've had better out of a can. When the rest of our meals arrived, I immediately noticed how few and how little my Alaskan King Crabs were! I've had bigger at Red Lobster and thought this place was a step-up from them; boy was I wrong!I ordered mine Juicy Crab style, mild and my boyfriend ordered his Juicy Crab style, hot. Mine was more like a medium and had alot of spices, while my boyfriend's was so hot, he almost couldn't eat it and he loves spicy food. Both meals were extremely greasy, like I mentioned. The shrimp was good and plentiful, while I could barely even find the Crab with my meal and my fries were cold and tasted like Rally's, only worse. My boyfriend's Dungeness Crab was large and WAY bigger than the Alaskan King Crab Legs. In fact, one of my shrimps had mire meat on it than my crab leg. Both tasted good, but nothing special. A small fork for digging out the Crab from the shell would have been useful. They didn't have any.As you can see by my pictures of the soup and crab leg, the food was very disappointing. I included the small cups of butter next to the crab leg to show the size comparison. We were not happy at all with the quality, price and taste of our food. Finally, they don't even have alcohol! They don't have their liquor license still! There also was no manager walking around and asking how everything was. A previous review said the manager walked out on day 3 after opening...not surprising. The place was overpriced and the food was not good for the reasons I previously mentioned, therefore, we will not be back. We love seafood, but for $100, we could have eaten at Red Lobster, had better food, and left with more money!

Alex was great!very kind, helpful and inviting.Did a great job helping with service, knowledge and engaging my children. with fun; drawing at the table and explaining crawfish, snow crab and blue crab.On another note, there was no heat and kind of cold in the restaurant.Had to wait 40 minutes when there were plenty of open tables, because of their 2 servers called in.No alcohol due to state licensing.None of this was Alex's fault. And he deserves all the praise for having to juggle 2 call ins and the conditions on site. This is a new franchise in our area and I understand it takes time to get things up, running and perfected. But for the time being in the people's choosing to spend their money there yeah, there should be better conditions in incentives for the people who want to eat there now during this.

First time visiting this place and the service was exceptional. Food was great and fairly priced for seafood. My server, Joyce made my day. She has such a warmth about her. Her smile is inviting and it makes you feel like home. Great job guy's!!!!

This was the best is seafood boil in town! Better than Joe's crab shack and Storming crab! We ordered the mild with garlic Butter and the flavor was outstanding! The prices were more than reasonable and the amount of food you get was exceptional! I will definitely recommend The Juicy Crab! Michael was our server and he was very attentive!

My husband and I had lunch here today and it was a wonderful experience! Our server Danisha did an amazing job. They were unfortunately out of several items and didn't have alcohol yet but she let us know that right away. The shrimp tacos were delicious and great with the boom sauce. We will definitely be back!

Wanted to show our support for the new restaurant in town, completely understanding it was a Saturday night and would be busy. But our waiter was really terrible, we probably waited 30 minutes after ordering our two sodas, and then we had to flag another waitress down to get them for us because he was no where to be found. When our food finally arrived, it was coated in minced garlic, so much so I had to wipe it off the broccoli I had ordered for my 13 month old before she could eat it, and even after wiping most of it off, she still couldn’t eat it because it was just overwhelmingly garlicky. My husband ordered crab which was funny tasting, his oysters were not fresh, and my chicken was bad. Now sitting at home and both myself and husband are feeling sick from the food we ate and are hoping our baby doesn’t also start feeling poorly. Don’t recommend

Juicy crab was a great experience! I gave it a five-star rating because our experience started with five stars when we met our server! Our server Josie was very knowledgeable of the menu and had a great personality. She talked to us by name and wrote our order on our table place mat making sure she had the order correct! The food was also five stars hot tasty and filling! We ordered the two clustered snow crab! The juicy seasoning is where it's at!!

Taking into consideration lack of staff, and apparently lack of care........ it took my wife and I 2 hours to get in and out. For the price you would figure better portions, better taste. As we sat there, we watched 3 families get up and leave. Made friends with the table next to us mainly because the wait once sat was insane...... they got over cooked and way under cooked food. The hushpuppies tasted pre-made frozen mush. We both got the "I" combo. One hot and one medium. They didn't label the bag, and had no idea which one was which. Only one seafood cracker. The table next to us didn't get utensils for about 15 min after they got their food. Cold by the time they got it. Most of the staff spent more time socializing than their job. The heat was out, but no sign on the door stating it. The staff and most guests were in jackets. The juicy special seasoning was way too heavy on the garlic and was way too strong to taste the seafood. I could keep going......... if you have read this, proceed with caution. Storming Crab, which is the same company" was way better in the past than this place is. Overall worst experience at a seafood shack. Will not be back and encourage others to avoid.

Not only will I be back because the food was excellent, the waitress Joyce made it such an enjoyable experience our 1st time there. She was a blast and you can count on me to be back because of her wonderful service!

Lots of options, staff takes time to explain all your choices. From boiled to fried, you'll find something. Got the onion rings as an appetizer, big enough to share or can make it a side. Nice batter on the fried shrimp, not too thick so you can taste the shrimp. They have sections for big parties if you let them know ahead of time. Give yourself a good hour from sit down till done.

I had the Combo L which had 1 cluster of Crab Legs, 1 Lobster Tail, 1/2 lb of Shrimp, 3 Eggs, 1 Corn on the Cob, 1 Potato and a side order of Calamari. Everything was so delicious! Two in my group ordered the whiting which had the dark skin on it and they didn't like it. They order in chicken strip which they liked. The manager took the Whiting off their bill.

We literally didn’t even finish the appetizers. The oysters were not fresh and had ice thrown on top of the oysters, which melted and you got just a mouthful of water. The popcorn shrimp wasn’t fully cooked. There was still raw batter. We also came at a time where they were not busy at all, there was probably, at max, 15 people in there, yet we had a 20 minute wait, but that wait turned into 40 minutes. The host did not know what she was doing. Other tables that got there after us got seated before us, and this is among other issues. The only good thing I can say about it is that it’s aesthetically pleasing and is clean.
