Employees need to be trained how to listen and take an order correctly. A customer places an order for the food they want and when they get an incorrect order the drive thru attendant argues with them and tells them no.

A post doctor visit ritual for me. Two double cheeseburgers and a medium order of fries, this time with a chocolate shake. I love WC fries and the burgers were good but the shake didn't taste very chocolate-y. The woman working the drive-thru was very pleasant and professional. I'll be back in about 3 months but will probably pass on the chocolate shake.

This is the most unprofessional White Castle I've ever been to, waiting in the drive thru for over 20 mins for my order and the only thing the manager on duty could tell me is that they didn't see order. Mind you I'm the first car in the drive thru line at the window. After the served three cats after me I had to speak up to ask where me order was. No apology, manager was very short with me over the phone. This will be the last time I ever spend money at White Castle. Horrible service just horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. Visited store on Aug 10th at 7 o'clock pm. Customer service at a all time low!

I placed a $40 dollar mobile order. drive through had 4 cars ahead of me but I didnt mind waiting. 24 minutes later I arrive at the pick up window. I was missing my hamburger I payed for and the fries were cold and stale. I tried calling the store to report the issues but no one bothered to answer. Won't be back

In theory I like white castle, however it seems like half the time I come here the burgers taste like they're dried out or something, maybe burned? I'm not sure. Either way, it happens often enough that I've stopped visiting this location.
I do like their milkshakes though.

Drive thru overnight is very polite and thorough. Much appreciated and refreshing. Food is always made to order. I like the deals I've been getting in the app as well.
