In theory I like white castle, however it seems like half the time I come here the burgers taste like they're dried out or something, maybe burned? I'm not sure. Either way, it happens often enough that I've stopped visiting this location.

I do like their milkshakes though.

I just always nobody at work on this place you have a long wait time our food was Super Fresh this time we got it right off the grill and right out of the fryer so our experience was this time but it's back and forth just depending on how many employees they have

Just had to have a big red! Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before any order was taken from the people in front of me. Waited another 6 minutes at the speaker for order to be taken. Waited 10 minutes for me to get my order. This was unacceptable for numerous reasons.
