It's not fancy, but they have great food and excellent service! Catfish is awesome and you get two big pieces! Really enough for two if you want. For those that like liver and onions, it is fantastic! Huge helping that could is also shareable.

Food is good but very shady business practice! They charge a 20% up charge and call it ‘large party’ fee but it’s gratuity so if you don’t notice as I didn’t, now your tipping 40%. Then When you order takeout, they still charge you the 20%. I called them and ask them why they didn’t call it gratuity and she said her system doesn’t allow it. Very shady!

Ever since the new management took over this small cafe it is a gem! Food is delicious, service is always friendly and a great place for a family friendly atmosphere. Before hours were never consistent, manager always conducting her personal business on the phone and ignoring the customers.
