Ordered medium hot fudge sundae and the smallest pup cup I have ever gotten for my dog. DQ has gotten too expensive and ridiculous to pay anything more than .50 for a tablespoon of product for my dog.

I seldom post reviews but I just had to today! This was our first time at this location and it was such a great experience. The restaurant was so nice, so clean, and setup so well. All of the young people working were so friendly and kind. There was a tv in the area we sat and they asked if we would like the channel changed to a children’s show for my grandson to watch. One young man came over to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. In a time when customer service is dead this location truly shines with genuine care and kindness - thank you!!!

This has to be the slow headed-est DQ I've ever been to. I ordered the 2 for $5, cheeseburger and a pretzel stick. I got 2 cheeseburgers so had to drive back around and let them know they messed my order up. I then had to explain what happened where the girl says "ok, that'll be $4 something. I'm like, I already paid, where she had a hard time understanding to where she goes and gets the manager, some Indian guy. So we literally explained, what should've been easy to understand, to them about 5 or 6 times. The guy treated us like we're trying to get them over a $5 order. He made us give him the extra cheeseburger back before giving us our correct order..Lol

Food was meh. Fries were cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry.

Person taking my order kept trying to scale up what I ordered. No. I don't want large cheese curds. Ok. You want large cheese curds. No. I don't. Got it. Large cheese curds.

Tables and floor were recently cleaned,...yet everything was sticky as if all someone did was smear the dirt around.

Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. This place will not last long under current leadership.

This happens alought around here, we just got here at 9:40pm and its closed before 10, Google even shows its Close time is 10pm. THEY DONT RESPECT THE CLOSE TIME.
