I always get an OREO blizzard and their are never any oreos in the blizzard then I ask for extra oreos and they were free but now they charge me 95 cents for 2 not crushed up oreos

This is actually in no way shape or form should reflect on the individuals that were serving at the time I visited. However, the scheduling wasn’t really that good and the situation behind the counter wasn’t well organized either. I was in a situation where the cashier actually had to ask a supervisor for a code just to run a card transaction. So they were all really nice and the ice cream was good, better organizations

I can't comprehend how it takes 30 minutes to make a breakfast bowl. I understand they are busy but how did EVERYONE who order after me get their food first. I stg it's on purpose. How ridiculous.

Food was okay, service was friendly. The restaurant itself was very dirty tho. You could see into the kitchen a bit and it looked like they have never cleaned above their fryers.

Food quality is poor and place is often dirty. Many of the workers are childish and lazy, especially at nights and one of the morning managers always arrives late to open. The restaurant didn’t use to be this way and needs better leadership overall. Younger workers need better training and needs to stop horsing around. These days I only go in for coffee and talk to a group of friends. If it weren’t for that I wouldnt go in there at all.

Wait times have improved, but food quality has gone down. 3 chicken stripe equals what 1 used to be. They tasted good and were hot, but not enough to call a meal by far. Fries were hot but soggy. Ice cream is always good.

Last time we went inside here the ice cream was great. The floor, however, was pretty sticky snd dirty but to be understanding, it could have been from being understaffed. Hopefully they have more workers now.

Went last week early evening dining room was already closed. Up to drive through they couldn’t make me a peanut buster parfait so I ordered a blizzard waited about 20 minutes to get it. Went back today at 5:15 they were already closed. Who is running this place??? I would give them negative reviews if I could. I’ll be calling corporate this is a horrible business.
Worst experience ever! Had to asked 3 times for things that were missing in my order while there and still went home realize they missed the large drink we paid for, also ordered a large blizzard and was half full. Day shift is aways great evening has nothing bust kids that act like they hate their only and haveing to asked over and over for things that you paid for, this isn't the first time during the evening. Won't be ordering dq here for awhile. Something needs fixed.

After having to set my cheese curds out on napkin they were so soaked with grease I couldn't eat them and this is exactly why. The bottom of container shows how much grease was dripping out. This was disgusting. Waste of money. And I prefer to not come back here because its always something wrong with the food.
