This is actually in no way shape or form should reflect on the individuals that were serving at the time I visited. However, the scheduling wasn’t really that good and the situation behind the counter wasn’t well organized either. I was in a situation where the cashier actually had to ask a supervisor for a code just to run a card transaction. So they were all really nice and the ice cream was good, better organizations
Wait times have improved, but food quality has gone down. 3 chicken stripe equals what 1 used to be. They tasted good and were hot, but not enough to call a meal by far. Fries were hot but soggy. Ice cream is always good.
Last time we went inside here the ice cream was great. The floor, however, was pretty sticky snd dirty but to be understanding, it could have been from being understaffed. Hopefully they have more workers now.
