Our family loves Noble Roman's pizza... And this particular gas station kinda in the middle of nowhere does a fine job on them....

We know that dates us. As youngsters we enjoyed the Noble Romans that was a stand alone restaurant in the Mall parking lot. As kids you could go up to the window and watch them throw pizzas. You had the full view of the kitchen and the goings on there. It is a similar set up with the kitchen being wide open to observe the action. We thought the atmosphere was decent. It was clean and quiet. We would give it four stars, not as we remembered exactly but had that modern flair. Not better but similar. 4 stars for atmosphere. The service was not great. Very slow to respond. Not sure why because it was well staffed. Seemed there was at least one staff member per customer while we were there. Still they were not attentive. Would rate the service on our trip 3 stars. The food was as remembered. We loved the breadsticks and nacho cheese sauce. We also enjoyed having a deep dish Sicilian Works pizza. It was like visiting a long lost friend. 4 stars for our food vote. It was a great value. We had an order of breadsticks and a medium deep dish Sicilian for $20 and change. 5 stars for this cheap eats place. Romantic Appeal was lacking for us. When we were younger this was a date place. Maybe we have aged but for us it was not appealing for a date place. More like a fast food enviornment. 3 stars for RA. The renown has seemed to waiver throughout the years. It seems to have slipped into midranged knowledge of this place. Just another pizza option here. For us it was always Arni's or Noble Romans. Maybe a trip over to Brunos if we wanted to go to campus. We give this place a 3.5 star renown. Overall we would give this place a solid 4 star rating. We still enjoyed us and we still enjoy the deep dish Sicilian pizza.

My husband and I stopped in at Noble Romans on State Road 38. We got waited on right away. We ordered and 15 minutes we received our order of pizza , breadsticks and drinks. They do give a senior citizens discount, but you have to ask for it. When you are Senior citizen like we are you don’t forget very often to ask for it. The whole meal was awesome and so was the service. One of the best pizza places in town.

This was our first visit to this fairly new Noble Roman’s. We’d been regulars at the old West Lafayette Noble Roman’s on the Levee, and had even tried to recapture that special deep dish pizza at the short-lived “take and bake” in West Lafayette. Alas, we’ll have to look elsewhere for a special pizza experience. We beat the crowd at 6 on a Saturday, picked up our menu paddle, and placed our order. I got the impression they’re still in the shakedown phase with a bit of confusion behind the counter ... and later noticed we’d been overcharged $3 on the medium “The Works” pizza. It was fine, with plenty of ingredients, but the crust (what makes Noble Roman’s special) was doughy, under baked, and only warm. The $3 tossed salad was unimpressive with only onion, cucumber, olives, and a tiny bit of tomato. And while the old restaurant was dark and cozy, this one follows the new look of bright, open, and noisy. We’ll keep looking for a favorite pizza place.

It had been years since I had been to a noble romans...yummy! We had the bread sticks with cheese sauce which are amazing, and their deep dish individual pizzas. Everything was delicious!

Wanted pizza for lunch so we decided to try Noble Romans. Could not find many reviews because the restaurant is relatively new. We were really unsure of what we needed to do to order and everyone seemed to ignore us. I finally pleaded with an employee to tell us what to do. They walked us through our order and told us to sit anywhere. Drinks came and soon my husband’s pizza ...he started eating but soon became concerned about my order. A quick visit to the counter and we discovered that they never got my order!?!? Another wait and my pizza came. Dessert did not show up and we discovered that the order was never taken. Pizza was okay....

Visited this new eatery in its easy to get to locale. Owner sat down with me & we chatted about food & community. It’s obvious she takes great pride in her work; she & her husband own several restaurants in the area yet here she was elbow-deep in making this successful. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared as well as a casual and fun presentation. Breadsticks were amazing. Kids will love watching their pizzas be made and the bar provides a wide variety of beers & beverages for all...including tap soft drinks. Go. Relax & enjoy. It’s a spot you don’t want to miss!
